Sphnx's Norcal Outdoor Season

Hahaha, I'm here. It's been really hot out, so I've been having to water more frequently. Takes up my days and all my energy, being out in that heat.. but I think I'm getting used to it lol

The lady trees are getting big. Haven't been able to feed them in the past couple waterings, so a few are looking like they want to flower, showing their sex and what not. I'm planning on hitting them hard today to bounce em back. I'll post a partial update in a little bit and then another one a little later. It's a pain in the ass to upload pics from my phone with this reception.. it takes forever.

Man I wish we could trade climates for 2 weeks. I haven't gotten a break in the rain since winter broke. Everything's too wet. Last year we had a drought and I built my soil this year and my spots based on drought conditions. Yeah I fucked that up this year lol Mother Nature has rained hard everyday. I need a 2 week no rain dry spell.

I wish I could send you some of this hot dryness, rooster! Shit, I'd send you 15 degrees of heat if I could. It's crazy. You'd think living right next to a lake would increase the humidity... nah, 25% during the day with 100f+ temps.

Thanks for the kind words Grow Bro! I appreciate it.

Im trying to upload pictures right now, I'll have a partial update here in a little bit. :)

Well.. I haven't had adequate reception to upload pictures, today. Hopefully tomorrow will be better.

Everything was fed pretty well today, they'll be prettier for their photoshoot tomorrow. :)

Yeah wow... I'm in Philly haven't had rain all year but a shit ton and now RH is +90% for like the last 6 days in a row.. glad I'm indoors and even had to break down and fire up the AC in the flower room. How does the RH get higher than the temps... very unusual this year. We had 2 nice weeks of normal weather ..... glad we went fishing those 2 weeks. Now it's go outside and sweat my ass off.... brutal. Pealing shirts off soaked in sweat... meh.

Sphinx yer killing it buddy... FIRE across the lake, yikes. What the hey ... That sounds scary!

Your plants all look like trees now.... great job and they are only going to get bigger. Water for the win! :Namaste:

Just alittle something something. Working with plants that big, if you ever have to spray your babies, it takes abit bigger of a machine than a Hudson sprayer. Check these things out,, if you haven't already. I used to use them pump up sprayers on monsters, like what your going to have, and it never works. To many leafs and to big. These are little hurricanes with a fog in it. And it makes whatever your spraying last alot longer. Up here I don't see alot of bugs, cept last year damn Russet Hemp Mites almost wiped me out. If it wasn't for these it wood have. Hemp Mites are small... Smaller than spider mites. What hits me hard here are caterpillars. Bud worms whatever one calls them. So I spray some Captin Jacks one-time end of August, 1st of Sept. Spray last around 3 weeks.

Looking forward to seeing how big your monsters are going to get. And sure looks like you have the perfect place for monsters. Taking lots of water I'd imagine. We use to damn up alittle creek with a tarp and rigged a garden hose to it. Just alittle small reservoir can make hella water pressure acouple feet down below it. Man I miss growing up in the hills. Damn concrete patio kind of sucks. GL and Keepem Green

Where you at in the world? Rain none stop?

I'm in Ontario Canada . and finally today first sunny day in over two weeks. Really. Been getting lots run lots of mosquitoes.

I believe the fire messed up a cell tower, the fire is out now and my reception is back. Weird. So I had to switch to salt nutrients to keep these in veg, way more affordable than bottle nutes.

Here are some random shots. I had to put another layer of caging around the big ones. I'll be taking more pictures in the next couple days.. I've increased their daily feedings quite a bit, 2.5x, decreased water amount per watering, and started feeding/flushing with water at 6.5 to keep them feeding throughout the night. They're absolutely blowing up. Its great! Here are some pics
