Another heavy rain today and then the sun came out. In fact it's still bright sunshine out there, so the humidity is shooting up.
Plants don't seem to mind though.

No worries, I am absolutely horrible about replying to my journal in a timely manner.

Feel you on moving stuff. I just bought a 40 lb bag of dog food for my dogs and moving it felt like it was going to give me a bonafide hernia.

We had to move if from the ground floor to the basement, lol. Was a real bitch of a job, but it's done now.

They look great...those cages are really doing their job!

They don't seem to mind it, although Ebony and Donatra had a bit of powdery mildew on a couple of leaves. I sprayed them for leafhoppers with neem and a touch of Safer's insecticidal soap and it's cleared up.
I hope your girls perk up!

Saturday was warm and perfect but we got invited to a friend's BBQ.
Today I'm so thankful for the greenhouse freezing cold pouring rain today so no tubing today.
I'll have to grad a couple snaps next time we are in the river.
I see you had another picture perfect day.

Yup. I called Ebony around then, though she has slowed down since then. Jacinda is really close, but I don't think she's quite there yet.
Donatra has started working on some pistils, and Lucille is apparently still stretching. Seems like she just wants to be taller than the fence.

I went to a BBQ on Saturday too. It was nice until the mosquitoes came out.
Lol, the pics don't show just how hot and humid it is here! Walking outside is like opening the door to a sauna.

Try walking and standing in line for hours yesterday. According to my pedometer, I walked 6 kilometres yesterday. We went and saw Santana at Budweiser Stage.

I remembered what I was going to mention, despite being about the same size Donatra is going through her water faster than Ebony. She seems to go from slightly droopy to flopping over at the tips a lot more quickly too. I'm wondering how much of that is Ebony's sativa genetics.
Speaking of Ebony's background, I'm wondering how much that Amnesia Haze side of her is going to affect her flowering time. I'm hoping not too much, but as she's an f1 strain I don't know how closely she'll follow the breeder's description. Any thoughts?

Looks like the flip may have been a few days too late for the mohawk bud. The stem seems to be splitting apart at the top into separate buds. There's still a chance though.

Girls look amazing Mel, and the mohawk bud is freaking cool looking forward to see it fill up. On the flowering times what are you looking at 80-90 days ?

It's supposed to be a fast flowering strain. It's an F1 cross of a Black Domina auto, and Amnesia Haze.
Canuk seeds say it's a 7 week flowering period, so that would be around 50 days.

Is the stem for the mohawk bud really flat and wide like a ribbon? I had a fasciated bud in my 2nd grow that looked like a mohawk. I chalked it up to too much LST too early. The bud was still good, it did seem to take a lot of energy from the plant for that one bud. Your plants look spectacular, good luck in flower.
