Some Classic Favorites & Other Things In Soil

Chop it, buddy. It's more than ready.

BD never seems to have a "finished" look to the buds IMO, they keep putting on more and more here and there, even very late.

Definitely ready though if 10% are amber. Nice job! Grab the clippers!!

Peace, Hyena

and it's done. 3 plants, two hours. Everything didn't get the close trim. :thanks:

I want to grow another Jack Herer. For me, it had some interesting colors just like the CD.

Ohh yes Jim, all looking really frostalicious, that chemdogs turned it right on, beautiful..

Jack herer has become my new favourite strain, it's a great high and allows you to still function. It's been my wake and bake for a week now.

:ciao: Jim :passitleft:

What breeder did u get your Jack herer from

Sent from my HTC Desire 626s using 420 Magazine Mobile App

I put Jack Herer back in my bowl this morning for my little wake n bake. It's still one of my favorites. For some reason, the Jack doesn't dry my eyes as badly as some.

My beans came from Robert Bergman and I have 2 left. I also bought 3 from Delicious last year but haven't grown any of those.

So Mr. A - how does Jack compare to Holland's Hope? I want to grow that one day. I think it's one of Pidgeon's faves.

The Blue Dream clones were indeed harvested, washed and are now hanging in the barn. The bloom tent looks a little sparse in there with only the two Pams and Chemdawg left. Trichomes on all still more on the clear side with only a smattering of amber. I gave them a little drink of water to get them to next week. Just a few more days for this grow.

I was surprised how dense the root structure was for the BDs in those 1 gal pots. They were really full of roots but I wouldn't consider them root bound. I think I could have improved my frequency of watering just a little. I so love the fresh buds so I might steal a small bud from the barn later today for my vaporizer.

Have a great day folks. Chose to enjoy yourself.

Nice work. You're gonna love that BD.

Peace, Hyena

The Jack and Hollands Hope couldn't be more different. I like the Hollands Hope but it will sit me down and make me very lazy, not much good for a wake n bake but great to sit down with mates and gel well and truly blazed. I can see why pigeons likes it. Mrs A like to sleep when she smokes the Hollands Hope. :passitleft:

Has you ever tried dutch dragon jim. If so how was it

Never grew or smoked this one.

High Hyena. I've been smoking the BD for about 3 weeks now. I gave a bit of it away and I asked for some feedback but no texts from that girl. I have it at the top of my list right now. And I have the mom in veg again. If I were a dealer, I'm pretty sure this one would make lots of car payments.

I may run it one day. I like my sleep. I think Jack Herer is an all around good herb though. It's always done the trick in the past.

Salud brother and enjoy your vacay in a couple of weeks.

Classic Clones - Flower Day 66

A bit more amber this morning but trichomes are still mostly clear. I'm not certain there's ever going to be a stage of perfect ripeness. I'm not likely to run these much longer and really expect to harvest tomorrow. Based on change the last 3 days or so, there will be enough amber. Or, I could make a new decision tomorrow.

The Moms are looking very good.

:welcome: Ziggii....I'm just about to wrap things up here. It's been a couple of long grows for me but it's not over so enjoy what's left.

Great pics Jim. Beautiful.

Cheers.

:surf: Nice.
The moms are looking very interesting.

I am thinking you got enough stash to harvest the clones when ever you want. :bravo:

Grateday Jim!

I do have the large stash. It's kind of creepy if one weighs the power of the law here.

I still plan to harvest today but so far all I've done is jar the Blue Dream that was harvested 4 days ago. The bracts easily snapped so they might be 1 day too dry. A Boveda 62 in each jar will fix the humidity level. The smell is amazing but I'm not good at describing it.

For all those interested in yield, the 3 clones produced 67.3 grams. Here's an interesting review from HSO's site:

29 January, 2017

Very energetic yet powerful, allows me to work with motivation and increased awareness, sensitivity and creativity. It's seriously almost like drinking a cup of coffee, yet the small percentage of Indica helps to balance for an even effect, without making you racy. I call it an "Indica anchor" helping to keep you grounded, which can be one of the hardest qualities to find in a good long term Sativa.

I really don't get munchies at all with this strain, which is wonderful for maintaining a healthy weight.

The great thing about this strain is not only can I smoke it and be 420% functional and alert to handle massive workloads under HIGH stress, and I can smoke it at night and pass right out, without any trouble whatsoever.

There is no "pot hangover" the next day, like I get from smoking Indicas and it even acts as an antidepressant probably due to the percentage of Indica it does have. It just seems to always bring me into a positive mood no matter what time of day and/or under any circumstances.

I've traveled the world tasting flowers, everywhere I go I hear, "you gotta try this, it's the best in the world". I must say at 40 years old, and 25 years of smoking cannabis under my belt, HSO Blue Dream is the best strain I've ever had, it is my favorite and unless something better comes along, I will probably smoke it til the day I die.

I am truly grateful and blessed to have safe access to such a wonderful plant, thank you to everyone involved for making this a possibility.
Love and light
