I cut all the way through, straight down one side. Pull the tobacco out & wet the wrap a bit to keep it held together. It will flatten out to a big rectangle. About the size of a 1.25" rolling paper... but longer. LoL
I form my buds into the rough shape, a bit looser than a joint. The blunt paper will stick back with a lick. It's almost more like rolling/folding a burrito opposed to "rolling" like a joint.
Here's the seam when done.
