I've had 1 Fastbuds plant (Gorilla Glue) & 2 Dutch Passion plants (Critical Orange Punch & Auto Extreme) in grows so far.
They were alright but still not as strong as I want it. Where's that bad ass skunk weed from the 80's? The stuff that made round buds the size of golf balls & stunk the whole house up in seconds when you opened the bag ? The stuff you took 1 - 2 or 3 hits off of & you were wasted & got the munchies ? Maybe my tolerance is too high & I'm chasing the dragon. I only smoke about an oz. per week for the past 18 - 20 years. I'd hate to see the THC levels in my blood stream.
So what is the strongest Indica out there right now? I want to order that. I've heard the Strawberry / Banana is suppose to be really potent. Have you tried that one?
Yeah, I usually pay $7 - $15 for a seed. Just seen the add & said it's only $45 ... go ahead & try it. I was only suppose to get 24 seeds but I picked the ones with the freebies.
I sure like the seeds Robert Bergman sells but I never hear of anyone growing or reviewing them. For that reason I haven't bought from him. But he does a lot of buy 10 get 10 free deals & he has the Fire OG I want to grow again. Nothing else I've grown has been as good as that one. My favorite so far. I also like Incredible Bulk a lot. Got a breeder you would suggest trying for these strains ? I would like to get the best seeds possible in Photo Fems so I can Clone them.
I have not tried the Strawberry Banana. Dutch Passion claims their Colorado Cookies is their strongest indica. Neil from Growpotcheaply (LEDRF on this site) is a fan of that strain and it's what he set his auto yield record with. I'm hoping the Triple Cheese I just dropped will fill the dankness void. I normally shy away from the more odiferous strains because the wife still complains about the smell despite the carbon filter. She's supposed to be 21%+.

Neil is a beast with the autos that's for sure! What lux meter do you use @farside05 ? I can't find much info on my light besides basic hanging heights for different plant stages.. atm my light is like 40in over the canopy but manufacturer recommends 36in in veg.

I don't grow in coco but from all the coco growers I follow, checking pH runoff doesn't tell you anything useful. In coco you pH your nutes going in and water to runoff and you're all set.
I've grown some 420 strains. AK-47 auto and photo and blueberry auto. They're all hits! Can't speak for any other of his though.

So here are the specs i can find on my lights output, I have a lux meter otw but what height should my light be at this stage and is this goin to be efficient light to fully flower 4 plants?

Chart kinda gives you 30" veg/flower and 24" flower. So I'd try 30". I set mine to 24" but you've got about 25 more watts than me. When you get your meter, I'd shoot for about 30k lux at plant tops given their current life stage and size.
What makes no sense to me then is how can you re-use your run off nutes if the pH at run off isn't the same as when it went in. I put mine in at 5.8 & it comes back at 5.9 so I re-use them. The ppm drops a lot though. The only way I could see pH fluctuating a lot is if the plant isn't watered enough. Help me understand because I don't get it if I'm wrong about this.
I can't say I've ever heard of anyone reusing run off from Coco. Most I know of treat it as drain to waste. If the ppm is dropping, how do you know what elements/ions were used and what was left over? I would think your N-P-K ratios could get real wacky.
I've been told by several people they re-use it. Doesn't seem to be hurting my plants any. I guess I'll know when I see the end result.

Your plants look great and healthy man i just don't see the point in reusing the water, time will tell for sure.

I am not a fan of re-using a fluid that can have in it all the collected salts and other debris after it has percolated through the medium, whether it be soil or coco. Even in a pure hydro system, eventually the water becomes unusable and it requires a rez change. If I am ever so broke that I have to be miserly about the few cents of nutrients I might be throwing away in the runoff, I probably am too poor to pay the light bill too.
But mainly I wanted to comment on the illogical conclusion reached above, that you will know when you see the end result. Actually, you won't. No matter how good or bad the grow ends up, you will never know (without a side by side test) if doing it the other way would have resulted in something different. No matter how this ends up, you will likely have forgotten all about this question by then and you will never know how much better or how much worse this could have been.

I've noticed that every since watering daily till run off my plant growth has exploded!
All the people I watched vids of and browsed Grows said the first 7 days use nothing but pH balanced water and you got the head start with the nutes since day #1. I'm still using week #1 little less then 1/4 str nutes where as you've gone up to half str already. I have to go back to your week 2 pics and look but I think yours were only a little bigger at this stage.
I'll be going into week 2 nutes tommorow!
What I meant by I'll know when it's over is whether or not it kills them.
Anyways, I never re-used nutes prior to this grow. I always figured it was trash too. But I was told it could be re-used so I figured I'd try it & see for myself. I've only used it on my 2 photo's. Probably why those 2 are the smallest.
