Skottel Indoor Winter Grow With 3 Different Strains

Hey Skott, could the plant have just been thirsty? Or if outside did one of the neighbour's dogs take a leak on it? Sorry, but there's otherwise nothing I can think of.
Plant is being grown indoors. So no animals can get to it. I hope its just water related. I gave them all a good drink of water this morning. I really hope she bounces back. Bit worried about her now.

I thought you said, she then perked up the next day with an up potting. Hopefully she settles down and is fine now.

That is a bit of a head scratcher, hopefully it comes right or someone chimes in with a solution.

Will check her out when I get home. Its really a weird one this. Did not expect it. Felt so sad when I saw her like this. Will keep you posted on her progress.

Guys by the looks of it,it doesn't look too good. Feeling bit sad about them. Don't think the hindu is going to make it... :(:( cheese also starting to show signs. I'm going to leave them without water for a day or 2. I hope it is overwatering

I think you may be right about over-watering. That's a real pity about the first Hindu Kush. How are you doing the watering? Have you read Emilya's guide to watering plants yet? Also, you are growing in soil aren't you?

I agree with Carmen about the overwatering. Here's Emilya's link to watering a potted plant.

I had a plant that crapped out with dying signs this grow, for my 'one' revive attempt I chose to '3X pot size' flush it, it didn't work. At the time it seemed I over topdressed it, but now I suspect I caused problems by over watering it where I wasn't letting the water drain down thru the soil before watering again the next time and stressing the roots. Were you allowing your pots to lighten up a lot between waterings? Does the media you're using for this grow have anything that could be causing it to be drain less freely? If you weren't feeling the pots lighten significantly before watering then that could be the problem.

For what it is worth I read of others using mycorrhizae when they suspect a problem with the roots. I don't know if they would sprinkle around the base, or remove the plant and seed the root area with mycos and re-plant. But I don't know as I have never had a myco product to use.

If it was because of over watering, and I had some mycorrhizae, I'd try using it while quickly repotting into less soaked soil, and hope for the best.

Hey guys thanks for all the tips. So I have been doing watering according to the size of the root ball aswell size of pots. I wait for runoff first. Also I am doing the weight method into knowing when to water the plants. The hindu didn't pull through and I have scrapped her. The other two plants are doing well. They get their nutes according to the chart.

SorryI have been so quiet lately. Been hectic for me the last few days. I have also harvested the outdoor plant last week and been up late night to get her trimmed.

Congrats on the harvest Skottelgoed. You got a lot off that plant. I'm sorry your HK didn't make it and glad the others are doing well.
I atleast have 3 more seeds of the hindu but think going forward with indoor I'll rather do fem photoperiods as I feel I have more control over the plant where with autos its very new to me being the first time I'm growing autos and I don't know what I'm doing. Lol

The outdoor came out a bit airy but got some good bud nonetheless. As long as it tastes good and give a good high I will be happy with it. I have smoked a hashball that I got off the trimmers and the taste I got was leaning to a strong cherry/strawberey flavor. But I still don't know what strain it is only that it is sativa.

Nice harvest there Skott! I am pleased to hear that you got your outdoor plant to completion without some sticky fingered thief making off with it, her buds look great.

Thanks stungs. Her high was quite good for a 1:30 in the morning hit... But will see how the effects are when she is dried and cured. Quite excited

Hey all

So I got 91g of dried bud from the outdoor sativa. I have put the buds in pots to cure a bit. I am planning on making some dabs out of this bud if the oil count enables me to do so.

Congrats Skottelgoed. Nice haul. :)
Thanks carmen. First plant where I got over 50g from one. I still have alot of the smaller buds on the plant that I will be doing a dry trim on. Want to use it for infused olive oil.
