I am pretty sure platinum and Neptune are the same banks. I've used them a couple times and was happy. I'd have preferred fem freebies but AJ is some fire so I'm ok with it. Gonna pop them sooner than later. New home coming soon! I've decided to go with a local builder. Looking at 1100 sq ft, raised ranch, 2br 1 ba. So excited. Hoping to be started in December and finished by March.

Based on the clones I think I'll be keeping the stockier green pheno, the purple one's clone is kinda wonky, she has a few 3 and 4 bladed leaves. The purple one yielded better but was a tall plant. The green one's yield was very acceptable.

Thanks very much for the kind words Daj! My main constraint right now is not being able to control the environment in my poorly insulated garage then lack of space in the winter. Right now they're dealing with low temps because I need to get my house appraised soon so i cant move them inside yet, doh! For the appraisal, my garage door will be "broken" and the key to the side door "misplaced" ugh. Can't wait til that is done.

Hello ween and crew just popping by to check shit out and see the progress. Very excellent news about the new house. Building a new house can be stressful if your anything like me but so worth it. My contractors hated me, following them around verifying all there work lol. The smell Of bomb weed being smoked while they worked away all day. I did offer them they just wouldn’t take any. Sucks being professional lol. Make sure you watch over them I can’t count how many small steps some trades try to skip if your not watching.

I remember when our house was built, my father would go in after them and pull out pieces of wood he did not like ;)

Well, the only reason I need an appraisal is because I owe money to my current lender so my crap shack house needs to appraise at a certain amount. I am going to be up front with that person and hope they will appraise it at where it needs to be but this is the most stressful part for me. I need this done now for a few reasons and that is my only hurdle. If they reall you eyed tom see in the garage, I can let the peek in a window where they should not see anything I don't want them to. ;)

Thanks Yeti! I'm a little stressed about low temps right now. Need the appraisal done so I can move them inside. Then I should have enough time to finish them before anyone else needs to come over, I think/hope!

Hey Dark! Thanks! I hope you are doing well! Unfortunately, I will not be able to watch much of the build, I will need to live somewhere else that is not too close, still need to figure that out but I have options. Even if I were able, I wouldn't know what I was watching, ha! :rofl: I'm handy around the house to an extent but don't really know much about building. I'll have to trust my builder which so far I do and they're reputable. I live in a kind of fancy area so if builders want to compete, I'm pretty sure they need to o a very good job but I know what you mean by people liking to cut corners. Hopefully the inpectors can also keep them honest.
