Seedling issue

I have droppy leaves on my auto flower seedling. I have attach a photo. Haven't watered much due to soil still being moist. I had my led light too low and just moved it to 3 feet away, could that have been the issue and how can I help it recover? thanks

What light you got bud?
It looks save able, let it dry right out, definitely don't spray water on it. Now you've upped your light ,if you let it dry for at least 3 days, it should recover.

I will attach a photo of my light specs and other plants. I am very new to growing. My plan is to move them outside when they are ready. it seems like that one has died more but the others are doing ok. I will let them dry out now. I am doing 18/6 of light at 3 feet away. I have added a fan not directly on them to have more air flow. The plants are on a heating seed pad and they are planted in soil. My thermometer is saying they are around 20-22 celcus. Thanks for the help and any advice to help improve what I am going is greatly appreciated.
