Seed Stashers Anonymous

Are you trying to save on shipping by going directly to the seedbank? Haha

You know, that's not a bad idea. I tend to be in the general area of a few of them a couple times a year. :cheesygrinsmiley:

Well, not this year, obviously. Never have had the stomach to try them in the luggage yet though, but it's tempting.

I wouldn't be very concerned if it's a couple packs you bought just because you were there and for the fun of it. They would probably never check your luggage and if they did they would probably just confiscate them and send you on your way. A full suitcase would probably raise some eyebrows.

Oh FYI the seedbank who shall not be named no longer offers the more expensive shipping option to guarantee the seeds in the original packages. I tried and it said it's out of stock or unavailable so I guess we will see if they keep them in the original breeder packs or not.

Crazy alright my man.... i received my first order almost 2 weeks ago and have since made a couple more orders and I'm now waiting on about 50 magic beans and loads of freebies too..... stock piling for safety i guess i call it.... dammmmmm and then there's the bitcoin freebies / discounts too..... crazy thing is when they land safely in my hands I'll be wanting some more strains for variation....(research / testing / sampling all done by me haha)
However already planning my next grow....

See, this is one of the many places Walking Dead gets the apocalypse wrong. The cash crop would be back.

Phantom, you’re right. A few packs in the luggage probably wouldn’t be a thing. I’d hate to have my global entry snatched back though. :(

Crap, I don't know how it happened but I relapsed just now.

Now for the details I'm sure you all want to know...35 seeds bought with a 35% discount for a total of $180.84 shipped. I ended up with either 51 or 63 freebies (I'm not sure because 2 freebies are listed as 3 free seeds with a qty of 3 for each of the two so I'm either getting 6 or 18 of them).

Damn I'm spent, I think I spent 4 or 5 hours putting this order together. I need beers and a joint before I start regretting things.
You really are an extreme coupon shopper. Way to find the deals though, comes out to $5 a seed not including the freebies. Nice:thumb:

That whole 5 pack of Phantom Cookies is going into a shot glass of water the moment I get my hands on them. Haha

Here's the full list I had posted in my journal earlier.

i already have well over 100 seeds. last night i started pulling the trigger on my next "project" for 2021..hunting the best blueberry.

i got a pack of dj short blueberry f5, 13 regular seeds. im also going to purchase a 5 pack of blueberry bud from sagarmatha, and a 10 pack of blueberry from dutch passion. if you know the history of this strain, then you'll see what im trying to do here.

going to keep the best male from the DJS pack. And the best 3 females overall. plan is

- DJS BB(m) x DJS BB(f) winning pheno to preserve the genetics while hopefully eliminating some less desirable phenos
- DJS BB([f] winning pheno) x self, hoping to stabilize the genetics for future grows and feminize the seeds
- winning phenos x respective selves, in case i want to grow them again
- best female regardless of brand x self and/or DJS male, to make my own custom blueberry

im deciding between the 5 and 10 pack from dutch passion, so do i do the same with some greenhouse stuff too? probably. i really have a problem

You seed junkies really should think about flowering one male for pollen. Store it easily. Dab it on one bud site of your female. Then you will have a free hand full of seeds :D Beware it's as addicting as buying them

True nuff! I got a couple I’d like to cross, but I’m looking into the genetics of it all first. I’d like to see if it’s viable, and if so look into something longer term and better developed. But something like that can eat a LOT of time and resources to get right.

I’ve done my initial research, and at least the cross doesn’t exist. So that’s a start. Never know what happens from there. :cheesygrinsmiley:
