Plant not improving?

Dead as dead can be but trying to save the top. On the bright side, just germinated 9 of 10 Cafe Racer seeds in less than 2 days. I've got big plans for my perpetual and out-door grow. Next journal will be done properly. Will be making my own scrog nets and final pots out of sheet metal. Nylon cord for net and chicken wire for drainage in my pots. Will start it next week-end. 7 have sprouted since I planted them on Thursday.

I just figured that I would tag the 6 of you that expressed interest at the beginning of my next journal and delete this link of shame from my signature.
