Roger,

1 : 13

Explained thusly:
70% iso
1 liter
x% concentration after dilution
10 liter total volume
9 liter solvent needed

Gives you 7%

So...
97% iso
1 liter
7% concentration after dilution
13.8571 liter total volume
12.8571 liter solvent needed
Exactly....good thing I smoked before the equation. Thats what the vape was telling me.

Today in Das Hinterhof

Still enjoying above average temperatures for October. Its been truly blessed to even carry this as far as it has. The plants are under fed, for the most part thats been on purpose. I dont exactly know how much Miracle Gro I should be using so Im just winging it and err'ing on the side of caution. Today I watered with significantly bigger dose. We should see in a week if Im bleeding it out the tips. The cold nights are starting to bring out some purples that were never present in the indoor grow of the White Cookies.

In other news, after spending 48 hours under The Incubating Plates of Deep Thought® I have a tail coming from the White Widow seed. It has now been placed in a Red Solo cup with Praux Mix®.

Its been a thorn in my brain for about a year now. How can I efficiently move nutes from a large vessel to the plants?

I had a hand pump jobby that leaked all over the place and took many many pumps to fill the Rekto pots®....no good. But, a few months ago I saw in Amazon, a little rechargeable pump that sits on top of 5 gallon water jugs that will pump out glassfulls. I finally put that initial thought into motion, and today I present to you.....

Baron Von Blurples Nütenschütz®

Consisting of :

1 5 gallon water vessel ----------------------------- 6.99 $
1 said 5 gallon water jug pump -----------------18.99 $
1 10 foot roll of 1/4 inch vinyl tubing -------- 12.99 $
1 1/4 inch barbed ball shut off lever --------- 16.99 $

Simple and easy. The project cost me 50 dollars and I got a extra shut off valve, because you cant just order 1 from Amazon.

If you dont put a shut off valve at the end, it will continue to siphon out the water all over the place, so you will want some way to pinch off that flow.

In that first pic I thought the pump and the shut-off were mounted to your very expensive stone shower wall. It then occurred to me it's on the floor. :)

Great idea, well done!
Yes....Im also learning how to master camera angles for surreal imaging.

Great idea Von. Should make life a lot easier for you.

IKR! I tried buying a single club tray and was forced to buy a 50-ct. It is what it is I guess.

Der Hinterhof ist fertig

The end of the Outdoor grow is here. Storm is coming in tonight and they will not make it through that....even being schlepped in and out of the shed. So they are in a green bin burial, full of promise, never reaching the end.

There is one thing I learned out of this though, and that is that in this neck of the woods, autos will be the only way to grow outside. To be quite honest, I wouldnt even do that because of all the bugs necessitating you to want to bud wash your finished product.

Who knows, I may try to veg a monster photo next year...but that gro cha chos, is another story.

Today in Das Schloß

With the outside grow residing in the green bin, I now focus on the White Widow Project. This seedling is now 8 days old and has been pampered with 80 percent humidity (not evident in any picture here) and 24 degree heating mat underneath it. It now has its second set of leaves and from here I advance to the next stage of push.

The heating mat has now been turned off and the seedling has been bumped up 3 inches in height to the light....no formal reading of lux, but i suspect its in the high 8k range. If I were to feed this right now, I would go to 2 g Megacrop / 4L. However, the medium is just perfect right now and needs nothing.
