Wow I'm blown away, its like you designed the perfect plant and photocopied it.
:adore: I'm really enjoying watching your technique.
Thats some mighty high praise to pass onto a fellow gardener. Thanks for your attention!

I couldn’t agree more. Your plants look outstanding!
:bravo:
Again, I'm grateful that I can warrant your mouse clicks...you've been a frequent viewer for a while now BigD...Thanks!

Credit where its due my friend.

Great work Bvb! Everything is so perfectly uniform! Is this your first time flowering under the 650R? Wondering how it compares to your previous light.

Yes. First time with it. The last grows were a Mars 2000 tsw plus a cheapo Little Amazon Light that could I added for flower . Collectively they were 430 watts and made my leaves claw heavily....but good bud results.

Flower Day 39

6.5 g / 4 L Megacrop v2.0

Electricity costs @ 6.7 cents /kwh - $29.70
VPD set for 25 Degrees C and 53 % Rh

Some rust spots starting showing up this week, the plants were looking for a little more Calcium than what the Mega Crop dosage was offering, so I supplemented with some homemade CalMag with the feeding that was earlier in the week. Other than that, not much to report...but I will say, I am somewhat disheartened by the size of the buds. There are still around 3 weeks left to bulk up, but as it stands now I am underwhelmed.

The smell however, is absolutely heavenly to me.

Stay funky Bros!

On the plus side, they look shiny and happy!

I have often wondered whether the plants spent a lot more of their energy in flower regrowing the fans taken off during ze schtripink than they do growing buds. Plants always seem to know how many fans they need.
If I was to throw my $0.02 in on that, I would say that its not so much of a fan leaf necessity, and that the roots play a much bigger role than the fans in massing your plants out. If your highway to nutseville is wide and fast, the efficiency of those fans is essentially....overclocked.

If that makes any sense to anyone.

I smoke you know.

While roots play the biggest role, your plants have been planted for a long time and I'll bet the root system is extensive. But growers in LOS or using synthetic nutes will see plants re-foliate after stripping time and time again. That's growth energy being directed someplace you don't want in flower.
And yet the irony for me here is, Ive never had so many fans as this.

Still look perfect to me . Wish I could smell them.
At the risk of sounding stupid I apologize in advance, how sure are you on your harvest date?
They look like they are going to take a little longer than 3 weeks. :Namaste:

Breeder states 56 - 63 days.
lower pistils have started to turn orange.
Im still thinking the 60 day range...but of course I will let them go as long as I can. I prefer a 5 - 15 percent amber trich.

And yeah, I agree with you.

They are looking quite good Bvb! They may just surprise you in the coming weeks and really start to fatten up!

One thing to consider might be to raise your temps a bit, I noticed that the temp is around 77. I’ve been watching a pod cast on YouTube that is put on by the Canadian distributor of the light brand your using and also features other growers with a lot of experience. They suggested running warmer room temperatures in an effort to get the leaf temperatures around 82-83 and since the leaf temp is typically a few degrees cooler then the room temps when growing with leds vs hid lighting they recommend a room temp of 84 to 85 and trying to have a humidity of around 60%. I haven’t been quite brave enough to run my tent that hot yet but I’m running around 82 degrees with a rh of about 55% and so far so good.

Ps. The pod cast is quite good and they cover a bunch of different subjects every week. If your interested Pm me and I can tell you the name of it.

Wow, interesting. Normally, with the tent closed, the temps are held at 80 degrees. As I have been adding more light , its been warming the tent more. So sometimes the fan is kicking in for temp reduction and sometimes its kicking in for humidity reduction if I watered recently.

I would agree with you on the bravery to keep it at 85 ish.
