I don't see the traditional clawing associated with nitrogen toxicity, which is usually only at the tips (rather than the whole leaf). When the whole leaf curls down it's more often too much water or light sensitivity.

Megacrop and my tap water ph to about 6.8. The vinegar brings it to 6.3. I know your going to say it doesnt matter, but I still do it so the initial watering allows for a full micro nute spectrum. Just being prudent I suppose.That is more of a claw than I noticed in the first pics you posted, but I've never seen a MC plant with N toxicity.
Why the vinegar and molasses?
