Sam's Fall & Winter Grow 2018

Clear for days! They have already been noticeably putting on weight so looks like you've still got a couple (or few) weeks to let them keep getting fat. I think this is going to be a fantastic grow when all is said and done!

Update on the White Widow. She is Just starting week 5 of flower. Nutes are HG flora series in bloom phase ratios. ppms are around 800 with a water temp of 69 and a PH of 5.8. Tent temps are in the upper 70's with an RH of 50% +/- a few.

I had to break out the yo-yo's on her. She was sagging under her own weight. The buds don't appear like they should weigh the branches down that much but they do. She is also ungodly greasy to handle. It took two scrubs with alcohol to get the resin off after tying her up. The indica heavy growth on her buds is a stark contrast to the sativa's in the main tent. She is pretty loaded down with dense compact cola's. She should produce a good amount of weight for one plant in a 2.5 X 2.5. I am beyond satisfied with this trial run in DWC so far.

The tent is just waiting on maturity. Not much new at this point.

Looking great sam! That WW is heavy and gorgeous I bet she will produce some lovely nugs at harvest!

Hope your well friend
Very nice Sam, great job with them.✌️

Thanks guys. January should be quite the month for harvest/trimming.Can't wait to try the White Widow with all I have heard about the strain. She is not disappointing my expectations in growing her.

Geting anxious to harvest the big tent. I resisted taking too many fans off the girls after they were set and they are hiding alot of the spiral budding that is growing all down the branches. They block the photo's from doing those plants justice.

May I ask did your white widow grow bushy. I ask because I have one growing and she seems to be very bushy but not a lot of height yet

I trained her to be pretty low. I am growing her in DWC in a tent that is only 60" tall so I felt that I had to. She had an average stretch for an indica dominate strain so even un-trained she would not have been a monster size wise. Have you flipped her to 12/12 yet? Mine about doubled in size when I did.

Great job on that WW, she won't let you down!

Thanks Penny. She has been pretty easy to grow in DWC. It's one of those strains that gets talked about a lot and I have never had it. It seems like everyone is growing the newer crosses. The old school genetics seem to be more stable and reliable. The Diesel and Haze strains that I am growing now are the same way.

I have not flipped her yet. She is about 60 days from seed I am thinking about letting her go another month before a flip her hers a pic of her

It looks like you have her tied down which is good. I would remove some if the fan leaves that are pointing to the center of the plant so the branches forming underneath can get light and grow along with the main side branches. You want them to spread out. Looking at her she looks spot on growth wise to how mine started out.
