It has to do with the movement of water to/from the roots and terpene content in the buds, but I would have to do some digging to find where I learned it. Wherever it was, it had details that made it seem more science than bro-science. I'll see what I can find.
Best I can find (and @MrSauga can probably explain this better) is that terpenes are volatilized in the light/heat and are replenished overnight. Also, chlorophyll production is lowest at night, which helps with getting rid of the hay smell faster.

I get scared somerimes when i bumb her lol whole thing will shake.. Im gonna wait until tomorrow when the lights turn on. Luckily with this schedule im up when she first wakes up. Ive been seeing the temp in my drying cage its 18c and 37% so as long as i raise humidity i should be able to dry this one more correctly
Raising the RH will really help slow down the drying process.

These were the 2 nuts on the bottom.. Actually bigger then what i thought they would be
Solid looking buds! Foxtails make trimming more difficult but yours look great. 
Congrats on the harvest MidWest, sure looks frosted up!

Thank you! She was very sticky had to change my gloves at one point. I just hope i get her to dry right.
Slow and steady is the way to trim a foxtail plant!
Put the gloves in the freezer and you can get all the goodness off in the morning. Glove hash!

I gotta figure out whats wrong with my nb her leaves are turning yellow but ive been really good with the geoflora nutes but it doesnt seem to be helping

Great idea.. I did put the leaves in the freezer for now. I wanna bake them into some butter but I'll do that in the morning.
Did it start from the bottom up? If so it's nitrogen hungry so adding back some of the veg bag might help. It could also be late flowering fade since it's getting close to harvest.
The fan leaves don't have much THC but the sugar leaves do. Save them from a lot of plants before you use them because the won't have the same kick as the flowers.

She is def girthy... I have found out that its kinda like cooking the thicker something is the longer it should stay in the oven.... :/ but i hope its not to bad lol drying is a bitch here. So dry. I have a pot of hot steaming water in the crate to help keep rh up. I need a smaller humidifier.
