Thank you... I havent been a fan of the hairs but im hoping soon. I didnt expect an auto to take this long. I feel like the amnesia is gonna take long like the gsc but the trainwreck and northern blueberry will be faster

Ok the girls ive had hanging are about 75 72% is that a good time to jar them? Or do i let them chill? I smoked a bud last night that was dry and its good but it still needs to cure. Is this when i do jars and burp them twice a day? And is that just leaving the lid open for a half hour twice a day? Also what does anyone think about topping this northern? Im running out of days to do it but its getting so tall and

From what I understand you should get them down to 62-65 before you jar them
The plants are looking great! And yeah too late to top for sure.
Will you swap to bloom nutes after they stop stretching?

I did start the bloom today oops... I also topped lol... Neither seem bothered and i have the top in wayer to see if a root shows up. If that happenes im gonna plant in a smaller container just to see what happens.

I like to be below 68% before placing in bottles w/ 62% Bovida packs.
I had some mold develop over 70%.
Burp for a couple minutes twice a day ( if RH in that space is around 60% )
till you get down to around 62% plus.
Once a day @ 62% till stabilized .
Once Every few days after 62% is consistent.
If your plant is to tall carefully bend over about a foot from very top and tie down .
Not level , but running slightly uphill.

The area was a steady 62 so i have them in jars now. Its about 65 so i feel like were ok in the jar. I had no choice today im glad it became steady cux the rest of gsc came down and i use that area to hang. I have it like a mini fridge i wrapped the dog crate we never used for the dog and i have the arctic chill so if it becomes to dry i add water and it helps bring it back up. I passed out to early last night and they went down a bit but with the cold and then added water when i woke up i can smell them through the crate lol. I have boveda packs coming so hopefully with the next harvest i wont be so scrambled...

i made the post and waited for help but no one said anything until after. I read a million journals and things online. As long as she was still under 21 days and still under 4 weeks the "theys" of the internet said it should be ok. I still have like 24 seeds so im not to worried if 1. It doesnt yield a field 2. See what actually happens myself since its all new...

It's ok, MWG! She'll be just fine. I think it's common to avoid stress during flower in general, but stretch is a time where the plant is kind of in a "mega-veg" stage of growth, so I think the plant can sustain quite a bit of stress then.
It's more that topping at this stage is unlikely to get you the same kind of results from topping earlier: more tops, a lower, bushier plant, and, in general, the plant spreading its resources out more evenly across the tops, rather than putting most of it into the one main top.
The plant will probably still benefit to some degree. You may get more evenly-sized buds, rather than one giant one if you hadn't topped.
So I don't think too much harm was done. Like you say, it'll be interesting to see how she responds!

My “ why did u do this? “ question reads like an asshat comment.
I did not intend to be rude.
My intent was to simply ask why or what was the reasoning.
One thing I have learned in my very short grow life , 2 inside and 2 outside grows , and hours of study , there are a bunch of ways to get to harvest.
When a fellow grower is in soil , I try to share my limited knowledge while learning from others.
My first inside grow ( prior to joining 420 and just winging it ) resulted in a bunch of hermies , and after the fact , found out all I did wrong. Including , light leaks and messing with the girls during early flower.
Everything we do during this journey will help us later to be successful.

Aww SM it takes a lot to offend me. I was laughing because honestly why did i do it!! Ahhh hahaha i mean its an auto so no matter what i do she is gonna have the same life cycle. I couldnt have her keep stretching that way so i figured if it doesnt work i would at least still have the main plant. I do see some roots staring to appear so i figure a few more days in water and i might be able to put her in a container.
But i mean i aint lying i have no clue just research and trial n error. If it doesnt work i will know in the future

That's nuts. You're not meant to be able to clone autos
AWESOME!!
Oh yeah if you were worried about height issues than what you did makes sense.
In future you could also try supercropping, which I feel is more appropriate for this stage!
Tip from me: use pliers!

don’t want to rain on parades...... most likely that top will die off, there’s too much green foliage and pistils but no roots to sustain it. You can remove some of the fans etc.... when cloning seems most leave minimal foliage and even dock the few remaining fans to conserve energy and control transpiration. Yes, you can clone autos potentially but.... a clone is the same age as the mom. Now if the mom is a photoperiod it’s of no consequence but if the mom is an auto who was already born with a toe tag of impending death..... yeah not good. Agree with Syenite autos are nit meant to be cloned. Now that I said all that crap.....your clone will live and be a huge success and I will eat my words and that’s cool too.
The thing about 21 days is that’s basically the short veg window of an auto if that makes any sense. Yeah yeah an auto doesnt veg, agree I hear you, but my understanding is - that’s time period when you can intercourse or otherwise noodle with it and after 21 days don’t jimmy with it and cruise on to flower
But the cool thing is you are willing to experiment and learn, plus sounds like you have plenty of beans!
