We at last have a dedicated tent to show off the very impressive Sylstar GL-4000 set up.
It’s a Gorilla Shorty, and next to her is a Bud Box pro for the t5.
not in the pic yet as it’s full of all sorts of stuff:)

may I ask if Gorilla tents are ex sponsor? As I thought they where sponsors before I bought it?

When your not growing , you could rent it out as a stand and tan :p

I want to do a WSE GSC auto but I’m really fancying the WSE Pinkman goo and Chiquita Banana as well.aaaah decisions decisions..
Gonna use this tent for all my practice and learning of quad lining.. which I’ll admit.. I never knew such a thing existed till I joined the forum..

Coming straight to you on this one?
Do you reuse your waste water from your de humidifier as RO . I’ve read that if you put a better filter on it won’t capture all the nasties in the air.
I ask as mine comes out 7ph 0 Ec

I do! My reservoir only holds about three quarts, so I generally just dump it into the four plants. It's only like a cup or cup and a half a piece. Maintenance RO water, lol. Good looking out. Your buds look amazing.

This pro breeze thingy holds 3 ltr 3/4 gal

But I'm here now. Getting rid of me is the hard part :rofl:
Im in a right caffuddle myself. Im not sure what to do.. I also had to buy a bigger tent, just to fit the light in. The missus is going bonkers at the moment, as it's consumed what little free space we had.
I think I might be sleeping in it, by the way she's kicking off. So there will be no room to grow anything :p
i hear you on the quadlining. i didnt have a clue what it was.
it looks awsome though. i might join you on that quest and we will mutilate
train our plants together. Give me a couple of days to cool the wife down and I will get back to you..

ok.. I’ve been doing a little further reading on transpiration, my thoughts on how humidity would affect the leaves are wrong.
I was thinking( first mistake) that with the leaves swelling so much. During they’re time in the 80/ 90% Rh conditions, that they were sitting in for about a week, where damaged because of the sudden change in conditions .temp soared to 30c and Rh down in the 50% mark. As This happened more or less overnight. Thought it could’ve caused some sort of cell collapse, as it would if a cell was frozen kind of thing:)

It turns out the inability to transpire also means there’s an inability to take in nutrients.

As plants transpire, the humidity around saturates leaves with water vapor. When relative humidity levels are too high or there is a lack of air circulation, a plant cannot make water evaporate (part of the transpiration process) or draw nutrients from the soil. When this occurs for a prolonged period, a plant eventually rots. When surrounded by warm temperatures in low relative humidity levels, transpiration rates in a plant increase, reducing the need for a grower to fertilize it.
So
Not sure what the leaf in the pic is telling me..
Is it leaning towards something in the root department? Or am I way out, and have some sneaky little pests got in?

That leaf, Is it one of the lower original fan leaves? If it is; It's just naturally dying by the look of it.. the plant gets rid of them when they are old..
As long as it's only those lower, older leaves; I wouldn't worry

That’s a relief,
I’ve had that much messing about up here, trying to get things under control, kinda thought something would take a hit.
And as soon as I seen anything starting to go tits, I just figured it was going to have something to do with the environment.
On another environmental issue...I was trying to manoeuvre myself around all the crap I’ve got lying around, to get a look at the BBM girls , and I managed to drop a pair of bud snips on a big can of polyurethane foam..
FME..
done my best to contain it, as it went off, could of been much worse though;)

Great job dialling in the loft temps, here in the U.K. it seems to go straight from needing heating to needing ac within a week...:hmmmm:

Up to 13 fingers on new growth on the do Si do canna girl. Im not worried, just curious:)

Bbm 1st pic, bit deformed looking, but there looks to be a doubling up of the leaves, with the new, growing over the top of the old..

That's an awesome mutation. If I ever get weird or even perfectly formed leaves, I press them in heavy books. It's just a weird little reminder stored for ever.. you will stumble across them in years to come and they will be perfectly preserved...
