Is the reason you are running lights at 60% because of temperature? Sorry if you already covered this earlier on.

I don't think I covered it in this journal, but yes Major. Higher than normal temps have kept the home warmer than usual for this time of year. I've been in dollar saving mode with the windows open and no hvac on for 45 days or so. :) Ergo a slave to global warming. Cold front just moved through and with the cooler outside temps my brick walls will cool down. I'll switch my intake to the vents by the outside wall and draw in much cooler air than I can now, and BOOM! 750 or maybe 1K. By water change time tomorrow if the chickens don't stage a coup.
 
hey rm , glad to hear your stretch is done and so is mine.......i have taken the arch tie down off and i am allowing the plant to resume its normal position, since it will turn to the light source.........question: i am not sure if it is me or this strain.....on the main stalks at each node have calyx's and pistils on both of these NLH#5 X SSH (photoperiod) plants but that's it......all the flowering / calyx's and hundreds of pistils are all over the aux shoots. shouldnt there be "flowers" at those "node" sights on the main stalk ? :nicethread::peace::thankyou:
 
I just have swollen calyces and pistils next to the main stalk right now. I didn't have bud there last time either. I remember because the calyces were so sticky I couldn't pluck them off with out making a squishy mess. I snipped them and set them aside to dry somewhere. I should maybe look for those before the rabbits find them. Dang things get high and then do what rabbits do best. Before you know it I'll have to eat rabbit for Thanksgiving and Christmas. :biglaugh:
 
A couple of quarts each again tonight. BK continues to drop her PH. She also was looking at little ragged at top so I moved her back away from the light, repositioned the other two, and adapted a yo-yo hanger to tilt the light toward her but still covering everyone else also. This is apparently a third phenotype of BK. Her new growth leaves coming out of the buds are almost all just three fingered. All are extremely thin leaves too, very sativaish. More photos and a weekly data update tomorrow night.

r/f , the calyx's on this strain are very unique , they are not your average "swollen teardrop" shape but very tiny and perfectly round ... w/ two white pistils and on a few there is only one pistil ....................................and no, they are not male balls :-) well here is too another 8-9 weeks to go !!!! + another two for dry and cure !!!! when are your girls due ? will keep you posted and thanks for your insight and help brother.

p.s. my girls are definitely showing their indica side with fan leaves the size of my hand ......

It's day 40 and the breeders all say 60 to 65. I'm calling BS. The previous BKs that I've grown went over 90 days. Short answer 30 to 60 more, and I hope they come in staggered. Can you pm me a photo of your plants? Or a link to a journal? I usually leave alone anything that still has green on it...unless, it looks 50% gone and it's blocking a bud, or it looks like it is more drain than help. Really a judgment call there but I like to leave them the way they were created.
 
good day mr. rifleman. thanks for the info , breeder on my seed says (above) 65-75 day til ..... i have read where some hazes ,like mine can take 4 and sometimes 5 months to the harvest..........they way it is going i am hoping for 9-10 weeks ......but will keep an eye out for the usual tell tale pistil color change and super frosty .......... i have a 3 plant grow all for personal use. the 2 ~ nlh#5 x ssh plants and 1 pink amnesia x nysd fem auto that is 8 days old ( i like to throw a fem - auto in the grow when i switch to 12/12 ) always a cycle going. don't forget this is purely for entertainment purposes only ....... have a good weekend .. will get some pics up on monday.
 
r/m , i think i will take you up on the advice not to prune unless necessary ....... ah natural !!!!! i like that .....

Went to my local home improvement store this morning to grab a few things. Low and behold what do I see, clearance prices on hydroponic systems. Picked up a 10 gallon catch basin and a 12 gallon reservoir. I am tired of fooling around in a five gallon bucket and having to lift a tree out of it to do water changes. Airpots and other needed supplies are being looked for. Having a hard time finding rockwool croutons locally, if you are stateside and have a good provider pm me please.

Water change day here at the farm. I raised all three plant's nutrient levels a small bit. Other than that there isn't a whole lot to add. Everyone keeps dropping the ph, so I'm trying to stay on top of that. Data dump and a small amount of cannaporn below. She can hit the ceiling if she wants, as long as she gives up that 450g I'm looking for. :) The totes are for the next grow. Some croutons and a pump and I'm almost ready to drop a seed. I want to get everything together before I germinate the next one, but I'm thinking it will be before this grow is finished. I'm going to give the Amnesia Lemon photo plant another try, and scrog it out...or not. Last time I grew it, they spent 86 days in flowering and were not ready when circumstances forced a harvest. Can you tell I don't plan ahead very well? Lol
 
Thanks Atrain. I appreciate the compliment. Care if I pick your mind for a moment? I'm using the AN PH Perfect m,g,b. As you can see the buds are just setting. What additional AN products do you consider a necessary minimum at this time? I noticed my local shop is finally stocking them when I dropped in last week, but didn't have the cash or time to shop. Tomorrow is another day. :)
