I think I'm gunna follow your example and get crafty, I might go with mag lights, energizer batteries, and guerilla tape as my heat sink and see what kind of ppfd numbers I can hit

Peace Rider!.

Blurple isn't your color, SD. It clashes with your eyes. Maybe go with something like this?
Christina sounds very reassuring that this is the way to go.

QB120's are also very well priced 29.99$ for white led and require no heatsink. You can have a single one up and running for around 60$ total. you can build a large light with a few 4-6 of em and bump it down to around 50$ a board up and running and each board can be ran at 60W. Here is one of my 120's in my 4x2 it's the 3k model

It's a rather wide board for the watts so it has a nice spread and stays cool lol.

Somebody was also telling me about photon boards which seemed pretty badass 50$ for the board itself and idk if it requires a heatsink or not it probably depends on the wattage you run em.

Yes I have one of the 120's in a small garbage can and the second in my 4x2 with the mars 300's I'm documenting them both on my grow journal.. I plan on buying a couple more 120's down the road and adding all four into my 4x2 plus some different brands on the sides.

In going to send you a PM too btw.

Thanks haha was using 3 gal fabric pots I bought online for cheap but idk they were smaller than I imagined and my plants were definitely needing more soil and I didn't want to buy a cheap one from china and wait a month or buy an expensive one from a us seller so I started thinking about shopping bags lol.. They drain nice and work okay and are a whopping 50 cents each lol. I probably won't use them next grow though. They are a bit to large for me I'll probably order some 5 gal fabric pots sometime in the near future for a buck fifty a piece or so and just wait on those to use. If I had a taller tent I would use them but it's a 4' tall tent.
