Renegade's Hydro Flux - Featuring TwiLight Group's 432 Watt Spider COB LED

She looks awesome, and just keeps staying so bushy. Amazing how quick she recovers. I don't blame you for wanting to flip early. I only had a couple inches of vert, if that, and she's coming along. Keep up the good work, she's looking like the blueprint for a proper Flux

Thanks Peyton....

Coming from you that means something....with all them flux gurls you got going....LOL.

This weekend will be the deciding factor. Had to raise the mains up so they stay above the rest of the canopy.

Hey Renegade:) one question
Do you think she likes the light...just wondering..lol
She is gonna be a monster:):bravo:

LMAO....

Yep, she loves this light. Got my other tent (3X3) up and putting the equipment in it to do a test run. I'm gonna have fun come spring with new toys to play with...LOL.

I'm thinking that having only 1 plant in a 6 gallon res is also helping your gurl to be amazing...lots of room for the roots to grow and pick up all of those nutrients. Nice and bushy up above and down below.

Hey Sprite....

Yea, the large res is nice but to tell you the truth it's the light.

After the BID tribute I'm going to put my 3 lights in a side by side comparison.

I really want to see them all in action at the same time. I want to know that all my step ups were for something or at the very least prove me wrong....in that....all LED's of the same color are still just LED's. At the very least I will again have some frosty meds for the lucky few that need them. I do have my favorite right now....wink, wink...LOL.

I'm still betting that they are all the same....LOL.

By the fall I will settle on a second set of the same from the winner and be done with this bickering...LOL.

Staying with the little guy with no intention of going bigger. Unless one of the big boys want to throw me one of theirs to put against my winner...or all...LOL. Only comparable units please.

I can't even come close to the big boys but I bet you can still catch a buzz from mine...LOL.

Look out J-Sun were going to the next stage...LOL.

After watching her all weekend and the earlier part of this week I've decided to flip a week early.

Her mains are at 8" and the canopy is at 5". I figure I should gain an inch overall by Sunday which is the official flip. Side shoots are....well shooting out all over the place. I can see in my mind the colas stacking up as a result of this.

Hell some of the side shoots are almost as tall as the canopy as it is. And I remember LA saying he got a couple extra colas from something like this.

I just can't afford for her to stretch any more then she is now knowing she will give me an additional 3-5 maybe 6-8 inches during bloom.

That will put her at about 10-12" from the light. Not good....or is it...LOL.

Potential cola sizes will range between 6-8" maybe the mains will hit 10"....stacked and fat....yummy!!!

Soooo, how hard do I hit her??? Gonna post this question over at Flux Central for the Professor's input....

This is her tonight....

How hard do it hit her???

If it's her last haircut before flip, I would hit her real hard and give her the week to recover and prep for the big show

What's up Peyton....

Prep for the big show.... Hit her hard... Let her recoup before flipping??? Then flip the following week???

And by hitting her hard we mean cutting back on all fans and leaving all side shoots???

Thanks for the input brother...

OK firstly drop the ends down some now, set her even for this last bit of veg. Then go hard :) go hard on the secondary shoots with defol! You don't want them all stretching for the canopy. Hit upper levels of all sites hardest, getting light to a base line blanket of the lowest level foliage! :)

This is where it's cloudy for me... The defol... Fans only??? Tallest side shoots???

1. First heavy defol at top...
2. Defol secondary shoots or cut them out altogether???
3. Pull canopy heads down and even
4. Let her recoup a week before flipping or can I flip right after defol???

Thanks in advance LA....

Wish i could be a help to you but i have enough problems figuring that crap out Without it being a Flux.....lol
On another note my friend.....did you use your aerogarden to pop your seeds and if so how did it work....was thinking of getting one of the 3pod systems:Namaste:

I used the AG through the whole veg period. Only removed the light hood when I went to the 96*3 for bloom.

Works great as a cloner and seedling.

No extra work needed just pop'd them in the provided pod, put the dome thingy on it and let it do it's thing.

Ok guys and gurlz...LOL.

We're gonna hit her hard as they say for the next couple days till we get enough off.

Then tomorrow or Friday night we'll pull the canopy heads even with each other.

Hoping for at least 80% even...

Keeping mains at least 2-3" above canopy...

Res change on Saturday...

Flipping on Sunday...

Here she is before the hair cut....

Updated pics tomorrow night after last clipping and will have enough time before pulling heads down on Friday for any and all input...

Round two....

Per LA's instructions hit her hard and give her a couple days recoup before flipping.

So pretty much done with defol...

Going to pull the canopy heads even tonight...

Let her rest till Sunday before flipping...

Res change on Saturday...

Sounds like I said all that before...LOL.

This mornings defol...
