Relaxed's Outdoor Medical Grow - 2015

Just a few garden notes for today;

I harvested that little KC-45 plant today. The buds were nice and dense and the trichomes clear/cloudy (just the way I like my KC). That little clone is a testament to how good of a yielder the KC-45 is. The stems are incredibly small for the sized buds that are on there, very good yielding plant. Tiny little stems and a tiny root ball, but still a decent amount of herb, prolly ~14 grams when dry, maybe a lil' less. It smells real good, definitely a non-traditional KC-45 phenotype, normally it should turn out spicy/lemony, however this batch turned out more fruity, it kind of reminds me of the Blackberry I grew last year.

Anyway, some news, those little Blueberry x Santa Maria plants decided to flower, they're going to go at it (unfortunately), I would have rathered they vegetated all summer and grew into some bushes, however, everything that I grew under CFL's during the winter is going into flower, regardless of the fact its over 12/12 and increasing, it's just way less light than they got inside, even on 18/6 (however they were all on 24/0 for quite awhile). So... on a positive note, this will keep my force flowers perpetual throughout, and I will have to start a completely new fresh batch of seeds to grow for a fall crop. I germinated some Grape Ape x Diesel, Aurora Ultra, and Blackberry, we'll see what pops. Really hoping the Grape Ape pops.But I will probably plant some more Blueberry seeds in May or so.

An LA Con x Aurora Ultra plant turned out to be a female, so I transplanted it into fresh soil today. Thing is with that one, the structure of the plant looks like a male, tall - very stretchy and a big ass stem. But who knows maybe it'll grow into something nice and perhaps I'll be able to yank some clones off her, assuming she wants to vegetate.

Jack Herer is almost finished up, I want to give it a solid few more days or so, once I start puffing the KC-45 I'll prolly take her down. Swiss Cheese beast in the tent is flowering so fast and nice. I gave it a real nice feeding yesterday using a small dose of 0-8-1 bat guano + SNS-604B, she's gonna love it and should see some real nice bud building results in the next few days as well. The Swiss Cheese force flowers are really going fast too, lots of progress daily, good news on those I eradicated the mite problem I was having and it's no longer an issue. I also moved the JH to the force flower area for fresh wind/ full sun, and diminished light, it should help her put the icing on the cake in the last days of her life.

Oh, yeah the JH x C91 x NYCD plants are lookin real good too, looks like they're wanting to flower as well (like I said, everything that was vegged under the lights is goin into flower), so it looks like I'll have a nice new batch of force flowers after the Swiss Cheese is done, and then the fresh seedlings will take over the planter bed (hopefully). I took some clones awhile back, they sprouted some pistils so I hope they don't flower, but knows, will have to start fresh anyway.

That's pretty much it, I'm pretty happy with the buds I just harvested, didn't have to wash it because we got cleansed by the rain a few days back. Can't wait to harvest that JH up next :yummy:

As the days get longer, will the new ones you tossed ouside freak out and reveg?

If I were to let anything (except the Swiss Cheese beast who is already so far along into natural flower) recently released to just flower completely outside, they would most likely reveg at some point and would see a lot more leaf action,etc. When this happens dictates whether this is a good thing or not. For instance, if they figured it out early enough and went into reveg that would be great, but if they just got half way through flowering and revegged than we'd be looking at a crappy bud. However, to solve that, I'll just put them into force flower and keep them on schedule. Need to monitor them to make sure things get done correctly. :surf:

Still a very cool grow Les love the Herer, OG

Thanks brother! I'm real stoked to harvest her, never grew prolly nor had authentic JH so it's gonna be a real treat :) :volcano-smiley:
For the record, I vaporized a bowl of popcorn nugs from the KC-45 that was harvested on friday and it got me incredibly medicated whilst at the same time inducing interesting thoughts that I haven't felt in a while. That feeling of a "new perspective", that entails motivation and curiosity. It's the perfect strain for being in the garden, just being with the plants, in their presence. :volcano-smiley:

It's a top hybrid. Very popular in the middle 90s in Holland which exported it to all European countries :) I vaguely remember the high, but the potency was in quite high regions and it lasted :tokin: Sativa-dominant in ballpark of AK-47, AK-48, Trainwreck and the other similar hybrids :tokin: You should be satisfied :)

Looking forward to hearing just how much of a treat the JH is. It's one I'm keen to try too although don't even want to attempt it until I think I might be able to do it some sort of justice. I'm trying to gain in confidence growing strains with silly names before tackling the classics.
I'll be sure to post a detailed description of the taste/potency and how it makes me feel. It sure does stink a lot. That lil' plant stinks like dank from 20 feet away :surf:

Right on :high-five: :volcano-smiley:
Aloha Brotha Buds Look Awesome :thumb:

Aloha my friend. Thank you, I am quite happy with the Spring flowers. It really paid off to garden throughout the winter instead of just going dormant which I used to do. Being able to flower ladies naturally during the Spring is a huge plus. The Swiss Cheese beast is exactly that, her buds are long and banana like, and still growing. Putting out the frost now and the stink, such a beautiful phenotype, I'm just in love with it, it is so precious, I enjoy watching her grow almost as much as I enjoy puffing her buds. :volcano-smiley: It's one of those strains where the bud is almost a shame to vape it, I guess I'm just attached to the strain, can't get enough of it. :volcano-smiley:

JH has been harvested. I'm really impressed with how fast the plant grew, and how high the quality of the medicine is. It was a small plant, but it still put out a decent bit of top shelf flowers. To be honest, this particular batch of flowers is on par with some of the best flowers I've grown. When I say this, I take into account how much maintenance was required to grow it. This plant required virtually none, it grew itself. There was no bugs and no fungus and it was just one hell of a plant, very hardy. The stink is, as I said before, epic. Like I used to say, you can stink up an entire bowling alley with just one little nug of it. Super excited to vape it when its ready. This harvest should get me through until the next Swiss Cheese harvest, which, to be honest is not that far away - but thats another story that I'll get into later.

Harvesting the JH was an extreme pleasure, very nuggy, but still had a lot of sugar leaf for oils, the buds are dense as rocks with trichomes clear/cloudy. I'm looking forward to medicating with this plant, anyway here are the pics of the harvest;

Congrats on the chop Relaxed One.

Congrats on the harvest, it looks great! And I love the gals outside, they look so happy, and they're all praying. Super cool, Lester.

Just Beautiful Brotha :high-five:

And Gratz on the Chop :thumb:
Mahalo brother! I've already started vaporizing some quick dried JH samples and I am just amazed at the taste and strength. Some of the best quick dried samples I ever had. The effect lasts for hours and it tastes like candied lemons. The majority of it is almost dry, so stoked :surf: :thanks:

Thanks AMK! I must admit that they look even better in real life :) The ladies are certainly praying to their God!! :adore: :cheertwo:
