Dankman I will try and find keep up when you start a journal. If I don't make it don't despair. I am prettys low online and don't make it around this sight very well. Always here if you have questions.
I know one thing it is a hell of a lot easier to solve other people's problems than it is to solve my own LMAO. I know more about marijuana and genetics than I do about growing. Like a lot of people I am barely holding on when it comes to growing.
A lot of that has to do with growing so many unknown strains. (My go to excuse) When I get to the time I am only growing a few strains. It will be easier to nail down just what each strain wants. As of now with treat them all the same attitude. I end up with plants some plants that are well fed while others are lacking. One thing for sure you can't treat all strains the same. They are all going to want shit at different times.
There is a difference in smell, size, and high between plants that were grown right and those that were grown OK. I got the chance to see that up close and personal this year. 3 different strain reacted differently to the feeding schedule. One tent was always behind on food after I went to flower. The other because it was a week behind got food at the right time. There are changes in all the strains. Mostly in size but smell is affected also. My guess is the high might be different to. Kind of has to be. Hard to notice too much as there is still the pheno thing to consider. Only one strain did the same in both tents. It was a hybrid and had a big window for nutrients. They never got to little or too much.
I was still amazed at the differnce. What I thought was good growing before wasn't. I have lots to learn if I want all my tents to end up like the small tent did this grow. I know it is going to involve more feeding. So now I am going to be running the risk of overfeeding as opposed to underfeeding. My old montra if you don't hurt them they will be fine is not going to cut it anymore.
