If there's anything you will find with me is that I would never ever try to call someone out or lose any good friends, and that's what you've been to me since I started hanging out with you Wackos, hubby's getting jealous, oh well, his problem, not mine, he always says something about me starting something new, you should of heard him when I decided to do this hobby, I just went ahead, knew I was right, and now he admitts he was wrong. He's a good man, but the first words out of his mouth is 'NO' and mine are "Why not give it a try", opposites attract. Next time I'll let you know when I'm using my Jewish Mother accent, OK? I do that alot, I even wear a star of David with a cross and a Mary mother of Jesus medal on my necklaces, people freak thinking I'm Jewish, and I just let them think about it, what if I were? Does it make me any different. I wear it for two reasons, one: in honor of the 6 million and more lost in the halocaust, and my younger brother's name was David, My sis in law gave it to me 10 years ago, I never take it off. There I go again ranting again, but I can let memories flow on this site for some reason/God Bless/grace

Wow, a lot of comments, I like that! Having issues right now trying to keep the closet cool. The temps have been running in the lower 90's, not sure if that is good for the plants at this stage. The fan I had decided to stop working and the only thing I have in there is the humidifier. But I have been leaving the door open but its really not making much difference. Today is the beginning of another heatwave for the next 3 days. I don't know if I should leave them in there or put back on fire escape? They're still looking good, coco is moist and they're getting their light. If I put them back outside then not getting enough light. Someone help me out here please.

Oh, I had that issue in the beginning too. He's not crazy about me sharing my little life stories either, worried about who can see them. But really who cares, it's not like I am putting anyone out there, I am not using first and last names, ya know. I understand his concern but no one has done any harm to me here. He's coming around, he's on here now and he has seen first hand the nice things fellow members have done for me.

You should see the looks I get when I wear my pentacle. The first thing people think is that I am satanic and worship the devil. I mean there are Satanists but when they wear their pentacles, the top point is facing down not up. And some tend to think I am Muslim. I get a kick out of it.

Actually they're not white but more like a tan. Thats how everyone got to talking about the emergency blankets. And that is the plan, we're gonna buy another fan and more surge protectors with longer cords. We're on the same page, Fish.

He was actually involved in my grows from the beginning. He was the one putting up the lights for me. And I knew he was hooked when he started looking at the plants. I am glad you're enjoying my journal, hope you leave your input here as well.

It needs that air movement or move them to a cooler area with light, I would say inside, open a window and place them in front, it's gonna be 94 degrees tomorrow here, I think they may get fried outside. garage sale for fans, I see them all over the place, always pick them up and clean them, hubby fixs and replaces parts for me when needed.

hey Queen, one good thing is your girls are in veg so heat and humidity aren't so much a factor as it would be if they were in flower.IMO so you got that going for you. anyway good luck and stay cool Grace already said the weather report I was going to give you LOL

You'll Love This Tia!!! My Wife Y, is Jewish, born and Bred!!! She just does not have the accent is all!!! Her Family All lives in Florida, and they sure as heck DO have the accent!!! I Love listening to them talk, some are Orthodox, some are Hasidic(I SPELLED THAT WRONG), it is great to get together with them for Passover or Chanukah, so much great Food, Old Family Recipes, some of which are written down on Paper that is at least 100 years Old. They do not need the recipes, as they all remember how to cook Everything From Scratch. They were just written down long ago, so they would not Pass from the Families History or Memory!!! They are treated with the Reverence of Museum Pieces of Art, it is Awesome!!! They even let Me Help Light the Menorah. I feel Honored, as I am not Hebrew!!! They have even tried to talk Me into Converting to Judaism, half serious, half Lightheartedly. But would certainly help expedite the Process if I ever said YES!!! My Family would Probably Skin Me Alive If I Ever Decided To Convert, We are Hardcore, White Anglo Saxon Protestants!!! My Father Had to Convert to Catholicism in Order to Marry My Step-Mom, who is Mexican and Catholic of Course. My Family Flipped Over This as Well!!! I come from a strange Family I Think!!! Cool, I was hoping to run across some Jewish members here. I'm catholic, born and bred, once you're brought up in catholic church you're a member for life, all your sacraments are done there. My church is Sacred Heart, baptisted, catholic lessons in basements, communion, catholism, next would have been wed, but got married in Vegas, my next sacrament is the catholic burial. I really don't believe in all the catholic politics, and that's what it is, but my mother sent me to church and now I just can't shake it. But I always wondered why the Jewish people were always hated. i love me Jewish mothers, they're so forthright and in your face, just like me, anyway I'm sure I was jewish in another lifetime. I will throw out there that I don't prescribe to any one set of beliefs, however I do believe in a higher....something. But speaking about structured religion, there are two components as I see it. Faith and Values (morals). Faith in what ever it may be is important to a lot of people for a lot of different reasons. Values I have to say that the most important thing, in any religion. Look at the values taught in Judeo-Christian religions. Very similar.
I guess what I am saying is that as long as your base values....your morals and ethics.....mesh well with your partners, it doesn't matter what your faith is, really.

Not trying to be preachy. This is just a subject that is at the forefront in my home at the moment. So I'll say what I have to say to anyone who will listen.
