You'll get 18 or so gallons of decompressed coir from your 5 bricks, once hydrated.
The video had no narration, just a rap song about a bragadocio super duper dude grower, and his many talents & accomplishments :hmmmm:

As long as you learn to repeat what works but not what doesn't, your garden will thrive. Too, the more you know the more you can learn from the journals of others. Too much at once often does not compute, but all will be revealed in the fullness of time.

Sounds like I will have more than enough for my sprouts. I can't wait to see how they will respond!

Hi Queen.....my two cents worth.


Before you start.....water your plants and wait about an hour. Rub with two fingers at the place on the stem where you want to bend them. Rub them gently. This will soften the stem up and the bend will be easier.

OMM--Thanks for the info but what does the numbers and sides mean? Excuse my ignorance. I will try that the next time I water them since I just watered them yesterday. Your 2 cents, please sir, you're priceless.

*doing happy dance* *rump shaking**stripper pole swinging*...I won my light...320817054591....Now I will have to figure out how and where I want to put it. My thinking is that if I put it in closet where grow currently is, it may get too hot. It's 4x 2 with a high ceiling which I can't measure. I have the big fan (better include a pic) which I can put in the doorway that allows me to blow air in as well as switch settings to exhaust air out. Which setting should I use?

Or if I use other closet which I don't know measurements to. It is twice the size of grow closet but I have my clothes on the other side. There would be enough room w/o worry of clothes being in there. But it would also be enough room for all 3 plants. Though I plan on letting plant 3 veg a bit longer. If I kept both sliding doors open during light cycle would that keep closet cool or would I have to use big fan for that too?

Not very much to report today. The plants are doing good and seem to have adjusted to being tied down. They have turned themselves up reaching for the light. And the the ones that weren't getting light are starting to sprout up.

The closet was kinda cool today at 72, humidity was at 40 but nose dived to 25.I closed the door. I'll just leave them alone and check on them again before I go to bed.

Checked in on the plants, temp is staying low, around in the mid 70's. There is a draft in my room from my window so I have been trying to fill that so it can become warmer. I can see them bending and stretching. It's almost like they're screaming at me to put them into flower. But not until I get the light.

nah, I didn't say anything on that video, I found out after I had filmed that that the mic was not on!!! I got so mad, then I thought, I will just lace in a sone with the video!!! so I put in everything that I needed to say into the captions that you see pop up!!! like the 12 colas or the date that I started using BPN on them... stuff like that... the song was "Hotbox Anthem" by Potluck

The numbers indicate the number of tops you will create by LSTing around the pot. Works too!

I think you may have to play around with the fans.....one thing for sure is.....21 humidity is very bad for your girls. Since your playing around with your fans, you do need to increase that humidity somehow. Even placing pots full of water around in your closets will help that. Until you get your new light in....it's hard to predict what all the readings will be.

Don't think I helped much in that area at all. Maybe someone else will have some ideas. :thumb:

Glad you liked my visual, OMM. I know to most people, its like a light, whatever. But to mean it means progress and good things to come. On my budget, that light was not easy to get by any means. More less had rob Peter to pay Paul. Ok, now that I know what the numbers mean it makes more sense. But once you have them going a certain way, you can't keep twisting them can you?

I don't have enough room in the closet to place pots around. I do have a humidifier in the closet along with a small fan. I actually have another humidifier I got last month. I think I will switch it with the one that I have in there now and see if that makes a difference. If not, I don't know what I can do. The only time the humidity seems to stay up is when I close the closet door. Maybe fill up more water jugs and leave the caps off til I am ready to use them? Even with the humidity bouncing around the girls seem to be doing good. I don't see any problems unless you meant stunting their growth?

LOL. Yeah, I have 2 of them. I had originally gotten them due to my allergies. I didn't have a problem with humidity my first grow but then again it was summer. I don't know what the hell is going on. I am going to get a new thermometer eventually. I had gotten my humidifiers from pharmacies. The insurance I have givens me an OTC(over the counter) card which pays for them. So basically, its' freeeeeeeeeeeeee!!!! Gotta love free...:Love:

kamy you can also use a wet towel for humidity increase!!! set them in with the plants. I am not sure if you keep them soaking, which I imagine not, or just moist!?!?!? I hope someone that uses this method or has in the past can chime in here!!!

I know what you mean with the humidifiers!!! I only have 1 but I had to have it for when my kids get sick, it goes right next to their beds!!! but til they get sick again!!! it keeps my plants nice and humid!!! lucky you, you have 2 of them!!! I only have 1
