Im thinking serious about putting the pump in a small cooler and adding ice blocks once or twice a day. I heard it can really chill the water using misters.

Gotta find a way to keep the pump cold but dry. Dry ice?

I think good old cooler packs would do it. Rotate'em out daily or every couple of days depending on your cooler is all.

Maybe use gallon milk jugs for ice, it would all be self contained.

Yes it said temp is adjustable down to 32 degrees f

The cold air blowing out of the mister with nutrient solution should help lower the rez temp nicely.
That's not a bad price!
