Hey Pen, you said you add water every couple days. Can you elaborate for me? Is the water just non-ph'ed RO water or do you add any nutes or anything? Why are you adding the water? Because they drank that much or because your EC raises/lowers?

The hydro set up im using i only have maybe a gallon of water in a 5 gallon bucket. As the plant drinks the EC/PPM rises so i have to add tap water that sits for 24 hours. I dont use RO anymore. My PH usually goes to 6.5 when i top off and it will fall to around 5.3-5.5 by the time i top off buckets. I empty buckets and add fresh nute solution once a week.

With the AN nutes i dont bother with ph unless it gets really crazy. Im running an aero/dwc hybrid setup so less water and nutes than typical hydro setups. I need to make some changes before the next plants go into the flower tent.

Im thinking Kathy will be the best smoke, Evie should be a good late evening smoke. Evie is 100% indica, pakistan chitral kush x erdpurt (afghan kush)

I dont run big ppm or try not too. Environment and light are far more important than nutrients.

Yea i dont check ph at all.. i should but its been fine for the past two weeks since ive been using the AN trio. I keep a close eye on things and they look really good.. better then when i used ff nutes last grow. I am going to get big bud and overdrive.. what is another additive from AN you would recommend pw? Thanks man

If your in hydro i would recommend sensizyme or voodoo juice. There beneficial microbes but along with Z7 they saved my current grow from heat.
Nah i grow in soil.. i guess ill have to see what works best for soil then eh? .

Also, in reference to Z7. I like the label for "Active Ingredients " are
"Natural Enzymes"
There active ingredient is HYPOCHLOROUS ACID.
Same active ingredient in Pool Shock.
Pool shock is so much cheaper. Lol

Ill have to look into pool shock, never thought about cooling the air instead of the water. Hmmm
Always more than one way to skin a cat!
Same concept keeping the air pump outside the tent but one step further! A great idea of course, let us know if that works well

Do you have a link? I looked everywhere for their ingredients and came up empty. The best I could come up with their MSDS sheet that says the ingredient is derived from yeast. https://flyingskull.net/Dnld/z7-SDS.pdf
Clear Rez is definitely hypochlorous acid. The back of the bottle listed it, and having grown up with a pool and friends with pools, I knew exactly what that was. LOL! So I just ordered some pool shock and did the calculations to get to the same dilution as Clear Rez. It works great!
Pennywise, if you look for pool shock at the store, be careful to only get hypochlorous acid. All of my local stores carried items that were labeled pool shock, but they were all sodium dichlor. It doesn't work quite the same and will cause a salt buildup. The ladies might hold it against you for throwing salt at them.
