PW's First Attempt At Aeroponics & PS1000 LED

How long does that process usually take PW? I might give a sample of each a go that method to see if I can notice any difference.

I think most are going around 2 weeks in a frost free refridgerator. With normal drying tech we lose up to 30% of the terpines in the first 24 hours of drying. Low and slow preserves the terps.

Hey PW! My harvest hits two weeks in the fridge in brown paper bags tomorrow and when i inspected it yesturday i must say drying really nice. Still spongy but the smell is fantastic. I think m gonna do my own experiment. Take portion out tomorrow jar it n put broveda pack in. Then after another week take another portion then after a month take the last out. All having at least a four week jar cure!! Think so far this is gonna be my method takes more time but if it makes it better its well worth the extra time!!

All I can say, "it works". Experiment with it. The end result is "none of my cured Cannabis taste the same". Every plant has its own unique blend of flavors. The way it is supposed be.

What would that be like a 4-5 setting on fridge? Penny said something while back what humidity and temp should be at in? and do you leave them in brown paper bags guys? No burping in fridge ? Spanks guyz

What i have been doing is following SweetSue thread on Dr. Ziggys Low n Slow methid. Not sure bout setting i have a digital temp gauage on my fridge. I have it set at 40 degrees they say best results have been achieved between 35 and 45 degrees. As far as paper bags i think u get a even dry with them but a lot have been fabricating good air flow racks and others been using jars and putting cheesecloth on the top of the jars. I try to leave the flowers alone as much as possible but every other day i will shake bags jus to rearrange things a bit. When u first put fresh harvest in my humidity spiked to bout 60 percent then as days went by it settled to round the 40 ish mark. Tomorrow is two weeks for me but they say it could take longer on the dense colas or how large the harvest is. I would highly recommend to read over SweetSue thread or go back and read the original Dr. Ziggys thread on it. Goid luck so far it seems well worth it if u can be patient!! Good luck and hooe i could help.

Owe ya one

I have a mini beer fridge gathering dust in the basement. He will be super stoked to be back in the game!!

Smart kijiji or buy a mini fridge lol ..

I took the opportunity of the "long weekend" to drive 570 miles to visit my dad who is 87 years old ad still lives at the place I grew up, this afternoon I had a chance to do some digging into the boxes of stuff stored in the basement (my late mother was a borderline hoarder that never threw anything away!) I was looking for issues of High Times magazine's that I had purchased between 1975-82 hoping I would have something to bring back and relive the old times!

So far I have not found the mags, but I did find this;
Old pocket size booze bottles;

While the old bottles may be collectible, what is inside them is probably more interesting;

This was how I stored the seeds I grew way back then;

I think these are Colombian Gold, they just say Gold on the cap so they could be Acapulco or Jamaican seeds, they are a lot lighter color than the others, the bottle is from 1975;

I believe these are Maui Wowie from Hawaii which was a great smoke and was the most vigorous plant I ever grew;

And these are the famous Panama Red, real dark color seed and if I remember right was the hardest to get when available in my area;

The old Olympia beer tray was another great find...sorted many bags in that tray....still haven't found the High Times, have some more digging to do tonight before I face a day of windshield time tomorrow!

Now the big question? Do you think I would be able to sprout these after 40+ years?
Fanleaf tried to germinate some old seeds, unsuccessfully, but I'm sure he learned. i would contact him.

Definitely not buying botanicare or GH anymore but I wouldn't throw the stuff away. Monsanto already has your money may as well use what you have and just don't buy from them again.
This is something that were not going to be able to influence. What is wrong with a big coop buying small company brands? I care about quality products for good prices !! And If that's monsanto, then so be it !!
