Talking about Bud and Morning I m off today.......WAKE-N- BAKE !!!!!! I just ordered a 2 lb bag of Bokashi Bran it says compost starter I assume it is the same thing. Do just mix it in the medium and water?

yeah the ghost/fairies are glow in the dark. I hope when I go to flower the glow in the dark dont act like a light leak lol I get 1 Gromie Gnomie homies (that's not a brand that's what I call'em) after a harvest I got room for 2 more the next one I want is a Gnome on a Harley.

I guess we are leaving the den today and I guess I need to start a fire to warm up the bath water and start filling the buckets. so Ill keep short Ill bb this evening take care

BTW im really not that much a hillbilly we do have indoor Plumbing ( a hose hooked up to the neighbors outdoor spicket and a hole in the closet floor for takin a dump)

Sprinkle it in and wet it.
I use B1 and a little superthrive in a spray bottle .
Wetting it Activates it.
It will feed and nurture your root zone.
Get some Frass too.
Did you see the layering pictorials?
I don't know weather to believe you about the hot water or not.
I know that you have water for the girls.

Ffof is fine, obviously I layer mine.
But as long as you put in lots af perlite it'll be good.
Dynomyco is great, do you have any Bokashi, frass or soil Activator.
If not a microbial tea will get things started.
Remember a little moisture and warmth will activate it and molasses will feed the microbes.
Some people top dress pots with different stuff, I don't see the harm in perlite.
But it will float every time you water the pots.
I see Casper is there too.
I had Waldo in my tents, now I have Howie.
And a Toad.

My smallest Tangie has some leaves canoeing down and a couple pointing up but not canoeing. Any thoughts on what she wants?

LoL trust me if I had things my way id be living in a cabin way back so deep they gotta pump in sunlight But naa I stuck in lakeside right out of richmond we got all that useless stuff like electricity, city water and the positive things I like AC and Cable. I just ordered the cheapest frass I could find is cricket frass different that all the other frass's ? what is frass ? the stuff they make sarsaparilla sodie pop from? lol naa seriously though I grew up in the mountains of PA and then lived in the real mountians of washington st for a few yrs But i been a urbanite and city slicker the last 25 - 30 yrs you can take the old man outta the mountain's but ya cant take the old man out in public .... oh wait thats what My kids say it should be"

Sprinkle it in same as Bokashi.
It's insect poop so don't put it on your toast.
I use a brand that's difficult to get anywhere else.
But yours should do the same thing.
Bokashi and Frass produce microbes and fungi that care for and feed your roots.
And as you know I grow roots, I get a plant as a bonus.
It's all about the root zone not the leaves.

I've actually been working on that mom space. 100,000 lumen isn't that much. Our 1000w bar lights are around 1,000,0000 lumen. But it is nearly as much as a 315w cmh and my light has similar kelvin colour temp. Vegging plants go mad for this thing. I also hang a cheap 30-50 watt light under my 1000w grow lights in tents during veg to up the blues and greens because my Kingbrites lights are 3200 kelvin flower power lights.

I've got both 5x5 tents rolling now each with a 1000w 10-bar samsung301h diode grow light like your medic grow. Check the next entry for a preview of what I'm putting together for my thread...

By no means are you being ignorant;

I have been working on these for a few 2-3 years now. Both indoor and out. I have always started from seed. When I started off I had several “feminized” seeds from a few strains: Tangie, Champagne, Haze phenos (lemon/amnesia), and a few keepers from long long ago I couldn’t tell you the strain(but if I kept it 10-15 years properly stored, I’m sure it was )

At that point I played the game. It usually went 70/30 on fems to males; several hermed. Granted this is several years on indoor/outdoor cycle. So I played it out; strongest girls push through… although, due to the seed genetics I do get hermaphroditism sometimes. Ive
Had plants self pollenate far into flower in parts of the nug to deep to see. Thus getting some seeds with that situation. But Honestly do not mind. Its been amazing experience. I just got gifted breeder seeds from holland and Im planning on mothering a couple strains.

This is the second 5x5. Everything is running my DIY SIPs now. Not low maintenance., they’re no maint.! If you needed then to be. I’m using Geopots in these ones, a secret admirer sent them. No idea who, must’ve been my daughter. Good thing, the grocery bags I was gonna use were junk. With these you can remove and move each plant but you’d have to pick it up once a day to prevent roots growing into wicking ‘foot’ which I’m not doing. System holds 6+ gallons fertigation per tote so 3 per plant. Each plant is in a 10 gallon pot of 6040 peat/perlite, 2 cups worm castings (homemade), 1 cup dolopril, 1/4 cup aged poultry litter, 1/2 cup frass, 1/2 cup fine ground eggshell and moistened with ‘my own’ microbe mix I’ve been culturing and is reapplied once/week that also include an extra high cation exchange blue clay I discovered. Ferts are low, just 440 ppm MC 2 part mixed 10-7-10 then cut 50% w/ water. So far so awesome in the new tent, which also has automated enviro controls. Tent b (for “Burn Unit”) throwing up some challenges…

But…. I’m on top of it all and got some really great stuff coming down down the line including the mysterious S. Asian Sativas sent to me by our pal Danish that are soaking and will take the place of the insolent Skittlz.

I know they look similar so I’ll have to do something visually, but I finally have both 5x5s running each with their epic 1000w Kingbrites. YESSSS!

Good morning brother,
Those were shots from sunset last night. Caught a few pics with the sun right before she started to set… and how could I not take the sunset photos; the colors are magnificent.
Early veg stage I actually don’t do a whole lot of feeding. I use a healthy amount of compost and chicken mixture during the til. I also add perlite to the bed mix!! I would say the plant will tell you what it needs… I can get away without feedings early
When the heat rolls in june I hafta be careful. Especially with the nitrogen… it gets scolding hot where I live (90s/100s and 75+%RH) wary of the burn.

What works best for me during that time water..water water water. Lol. I do have other features in the garden, I don’t know if they are considered companion, but I have tomatoes, peppers, squash, and King Kong sunflowers.

Currently in the last few weeks as the weather has cooled and flowering has ramped, Ive hit it with some calmag,potassium, and bat guano.
