I'm sorry the last harvest didn't go to plan, but, I have to say, I thought they were still beautiful plants and flowers. I think I have a soft spot for plants that don't look utterly pristine. Plants that have
seen things, you know. Lol! I've been on Insta too much and seen too many shiny perfect things, maybe, and I'm hungry for some character!
If you had the resources for it, I'm sure a little phenohunt through a bunch of those landrace seeds could net you something special.
I'm realising - with some sadness, due to my own constraints - that popping a single bean from a line is barely a scratch on the surface. In future, I would love to be able to do small phenohunts with one or two specific varieties at a time.
