I tried dry trimming the first time I grew after reading in forums that it’s the best way full stop! NEVER AGAIN lol it makes an annoying job completely intolerable. Like Professor said bits of leaf crumbling and sticking to your buds, hands, it gets everywhere. I also think the fresh trim is worth more than the bud as the ice hash you can make from it is sublime.

Thanks for the input Lewy! Much appreciated! I enjoyed wet trimming my WWa made it so much easier and the manicure looks so much nicer! I’m just trying to optimize my terpene profile. Some people suggest that leaving the sugar leaves improves end flavour but I’m yet to talk to someone in person about their experiences. So far everyone I’ve talked to here does wet trimming and prefers it lol

A lot of people swear by it and with it slowing the drying process and protecting the buds it makes sense. I just found in practice it’s not worth it. You have to try it tho, you might have a different opinion.

If I was in a situation where the enviroment was really dry and warm then I'd consider hanging the plants whole to slow down the drying. But other than that I try to always trim wet. My Fruit Tree that I grew in my last journal was dried without a trim but she didn't have many leaves and was quite easy to pick. One tip though @Dutchman1990 if you do try it make sure you have something to wash your hands with after. I use white spirit lol. Hot soapy water is absolutely useless. One time I couldn't put my coffee cup down because my hands where so sticky lol

Saturdays the day my man! She looks like she's going to burst. Foxtails are getting bigger as well. I never thought she'd get this big and she looks so good. I hope that she tastes the same as the last one, it was so orangey lol

Yes Dutchman that sure does look tasty. I’ve just bought a new dab rig on the cheap from amazon. Saving trying it out till I get some goodies this harvest.

Such chunky fat colas I love it ! My EM is flopping I’ve got yo-yos holding up 6-7 main colas lol. A couple colas are holding their own with a nice lean haha it’s great

It's certainly going to be a nice start to the year with so many flavours to choose from. I was lucky with this grow. I took quite a few risks like the shared res and hoping that the 10 strains would have a similar feeding habits lol. But you're right, it seems to have paid off. Don't worry, I'm jealous of the Fruit spirits, looks awesome!

Aww, the ladies are all so grown up! They all look amazing, but I got special love for that Lemon OG Kush! I can always pick her out if the bunch. I guess that means I should add it to the grow wish list. I’m creeping to the edge of my seat to see how all these girls turn out. Getting so close to the finish line!

Thanks HH! The Lemon OG is a good candidate for highest yield and she smells now. She has the whole lemon floor cleaner thing going on which is great because I haven't had a decent lemon tasting strain for a while now. I'd definitely recommend her, in fact I'd recommend anything from DNA's catalogue. They have some good genetics. Not long now! Work is over on Friday so I'll have more time for updates so I'll be able to document the harvests better. I'll keep ya posted. Take care
