i did think about creating Mini VG 2 from Lil HH as you two are like mutha lovin sisters. Now the Fat Purple looks like it might be a female and I only need 4 plants for the grow. I'll keep the Lil HH clone though just in case

Hey 420! A little update on the veg tent. I finally managed to take the clones from the mothers! I bought some new snips just for the veg plants and they got their first use for taking the clones. No more kitchen knife for me. They only cost £2 from the Zon and I'm so happy with them I'm going to get a second pair for the plants that have trichs lol. I kept the cuttings small and trimmed the leaves. I decided not to bother with the normal propagator and just went with the aeroponic propagator for ease. It's bulkier and takes up far too much room but it'll make easy work for me provided the pump doesn't fall apart again. Ive fixed it with super glue so we should be good now. The problem now will be cleaning the inside but I'm using H2O2 so hopefully it won't get as dirty....

If your wondering why there is a plant pot in there then it's because the Purple Punch has the net pot which should be there. The plant pot is the most appropriate thing I have to cover the hole lol....

The now fully trimmed back mothers. They we're fine this time. The pots aren't dry quite yet and when they do dry out I'll only water them with a litre per pot. That's only about half of what's needed to fully saturate the pot....

I have much better success with the aeroponic cloner. When I do it the normal way I always loose about half of them which would have been a problem as I need one of each strain for the next grow. I certain all of these will eventually root. The Fat Purple seem finicky so if any are going to cause me problems I think it'll be that one.

The Hashplant D's look great and I'm hoping to get a little variety. Can't be faulted so far

Yep, but thankfully it'll be considerably less than I have going now. The clones will be run in the Wilma system so there'll been less time with the waterings and I'll only have 2 plants running in my other thread instead of 4. The veg tent will only have the Hashplant D's in it which I'll clone and then flower in the next round after the mother clones are finished. Maybe I do still have too much

Everything looks great Professor and I like that you took a gentler touch to the mothers...gives me a better target to aim for!

Cuttings in hydro or aeroponics don't need a dome or spraying. Any moisture topside slows down the need to develop roots.

And the way those babies are stretching, it won't be long before you will have to raise the lights ;).

Ya I guess they want to keep it family friendly. I think I only used it a few times anyhow. It seems the more we ask for the less we get. :)

Ok, thanks. I always thought that you should leave the lid on for 24 hours and I remember you telling me that one wasn't needed with aeroponics. Force of habit. I'll take it off in the morning before work

My last update for the evening. I've just has a nap lol. Now it's time for the real sleep. The 7 plants are looking more and more like they want to be harvested every day. There are amber trichs on the sugar leaves on all but the BOG and the PMD. Both of those are still packing it on and at this rate the Purple Moby could have some of the fattest nugs I've grown on 420 mag. Seems MasterBlend does an alright job and these lights are still alive and kicking. I'm still going to retire them though....
