Happy Birthday to You!
Happy Birthday, Dearrrrr ProfessorFlora!!!
Happy Birthday to You!
35 despite what my profile says.Happy birfday Professor! Congratulations on being however old you are and still being able to wash yourself.
And from the pics I'd say Mango Rikki #1 looks frostier than the Tropical Punch!
I was gonna say I'd rather have another 8 cats but then I thought about it and realised that that would probably be just as bad if not worse. Lots of free milk though.Tropical Punch for the win! And 35? Plenty of time for another 8 kids, youngster. Just add milk!
35 despite what my profile says.
Here's some more pics I quickly grabbed before the lights went out. I'm pretty sure some of the plants in here will beat the Tropical Punch....
When I joined I was paranoid about giving too much info so I changed the info slightly. I couldn't remember exactly how I changed it.Just an FYI but your profile agrees that you're 35. It's the actual birthdate which is incorrect.
Dankkkkk alert
Hey Shed. I managed to do the two Mangos and the Tropical Punch last night and will attempt the six smaller plants tonight. Those mangos are contenders for some of the largest flowers I've ever grown. I was certain I was going to find rot in their cores but nothing. Pics coming up.Major photo drop! Looking forward to the harvest pics.
Hey 420. So, as I just said to Shed we managed to get a good amount of the harvest done last night. It took 5 hours in the end so I was too tired for a bud was but it's still not too late. I will be doing one shortly as there are some aphids on the plants which are not pretty. There isn't many but you can see that they were going to spread. Here is the larger tent at 9 weeks of flower....
Tropical Punch.
This plant was super easy to grow and was also very fast. The flowers are very dense and coated in a pale and generous layer of trichomes. She has some interesting nutty and sour kush notes as well as some deep fruit hints nestled in there also. Not a huge producer but looks like it's going to be some fantastic meds....
Mango Rikki #1.
The larger of the two bag seed plants. Very impressed with this thing as it was huge and still growing. I'm terrified of losing it to mould so I don't give a crap that it could have probably gone a week or so more. It stinks! Better than the Tropical Punch which surprised me. It is very fruity skunk which is smothered in nail polish remover. The flowers are large and a little spongy to the touch but feel pretty good overall. I just wish I could tell you all what it is as it's highly recommendable....
Mango Rikki #2.
My favourite of the two. This one is closer to finishing and looks superb. The smell is almost identical and I really can't find anything different that is worth mentioning about that. The flowers are of an excellent quality and have a beautiful purple glow. There is even some reds in places which plant #1 also has. I can't wait to try it....
My next job is to wash these before trimming up the next lot which I'm hoping will be later. Catch ya soon.
Tropicanna Cookies x Purple Punch exactly! With parents like that it should be top shelf.Congratz on the harvest Prof.
What is the lineage of Tropical Punch? Trop. Cookies x Purple Punch maybe? Purple Punch makes every genetic shine.
To be honest I was lucky with this plant. It toppled and was severely structurally damaged as soon as I finished taking those pics lol. It just fell sideways and snapped in about twenty places. That's why I try not to move plants in flower. As for support I always found that using a net is the best thing though it means cutting your plants out of it at the end. It also makes for ugly plant pics but it just makes things much easier.Congrats on the harvest, Prof! How do you support those big colas? I had a lot of floppy branches in my winter grow and I'm hoping to avoid that going forward.
Up next we have the smellier ones! That's my new band.Excellent harvest Professor! Lots of foxtailing goodness in there, and I love the shape of the MR #1 which looks like one of those underwater plants that spreads out when it hits the surface.
From the smell descriptions, I'm sure the smoke reports will be reasonably well-written.
