I've got a few of them growing now, and I'm seeing purple in one or two that are in bloom. I'm pretty sure that I killed off the MCK, so I can't redo this cross. Bummer; so far I've liked all of the plants I've grown.

On the MCK x MPKs it's kind of bad. The '91 Chems look like they're going to stretch more when I put them into bloom, too. The rest seem okay.

You sure do grow some purdy weeds.

How do you feel about purple? I'm not sure I like the smoke itself. The purples I've grown have tasted great and looked great but the high was sorta muddy. I've even had two phenos of the same strain and the green one was better.

But I haven't had the top purples, like a straight GDP, etc ...

Apparently, somewhere, some lady got beaned by a bomb of bees thrown from a car. She lives in a neighborhood infested with homeless zombies. I'm guessing someone thought she was one of them. But anyway ...

I'm thinking army ants would be better. Sprinkle some thousands around any area where people might like to hang out and shoot up or poop or whatever. Then the question would be, would you rather put up with the homeless or the army ants. Hmmm.

And then I realized that we could kill the army ants. Problem solved.

Gotta be a stoner to come up with great ideas like these. They should ask us.

The MPK I've been keeping for a long time has a really good Indica buzz. That particular plant above has a decent buzz (if you harvest it at the right time). And that GDP I kept for a long time and I'm trying to relive the glory of in my other journal had a great Indica buzz. But for the most part, I grow them for the color; the flavors and smells vary, and most of the buzzes are muddy. I feel stupid and tired along with the high when I'm smoking those dopes.

I've grown few purple's. Couple had peppery smell with mediocre buzz. The more fruit smelling ones seemed to have more hair on their azz.

I almost forgot, your garden is looking great there chimp!

Well, tomorrow's the day. I've got to tear down my old rickety 2' x 8' homemade closet/shelves so I can redo my grow area. That closet only has about a 20" x 42" useable space inside, so I'm going to replace it with a 2' x 4' tent and add another 2' x 2' tent to the area. So when I walk in, on one side all in a row will be a 1-1/2' x 2' x 5-1/4' grow locker, a 2' x 2' x 5' tent, a 2-1/2' x 2-1/2' x 5' tent, and a 3' x 3' x 7' tent. On the other side will be another 3' x 3' x 7' tent and a 2' x 4' x 5' tent. There's about a 4' area in between (kind of like a hall), and at the end against the wall is going to be my 8" inline fan/return plenum setup with all the ducts running overhead.
I'm going to take the wood from that homemade closet and make a better return plenum for this air movement system I designed, too. Hopefully I'll have enough wood left over to make me a small drying closet.

I remember the plenum octopus you fabed up few years ago. It gave me the idea of using a 8" fan for 2 tent's worked out good

The one I have now is made out of two sterlite boxes, but it works. It was easy to cut the holes for the ductwork. I've got a new 8" carbon filter to put in it when I'm done tomorrow.
