Stage I have a firefly vape and love it. They need a better battery is my only complaint. But it looks like a pipe with a metallic car finish and the bowl is glass that it pulls through. Convection style. I also vape concentrate with a modified e-cig atomizer I made a coil for. Interested in the mighty though.

Shiggs. ..I hear that firefly is a good vape too! Highly rated.
The Mighty has a mesh brillo pad to use with concentrates and i hear it works well. I gotta make me some qwiso this weekend and test for myself. Hey Canad...you use the Mighty with concentrates? Wait...prolly not.

Stage the Qwiso for me ends up blander in taste than I would like compared to other methods. I feel like I lose a lot of the terpenes.

What's the recommended extraction method for most flavor? Bubble hash?

So far i've only tried bubble hash in my mighty. A buddy of mine knows a guy who makes oil, but I just don't trust his methods.

I also want to rely solely on myself for my product. So until I start making shatter or oils myself (which is a whole new world to me that i've not yet researched) I won't get to try it out.

I personally love s me some properly done bubble hash, even after trying some medical grade Shatter! The Shatter isn't bad at all, clean taste but potency was lacking.... I found the high off Shatter is accomidated quite well with a doobie right after. You might think it's a waste, and at 50-70 bucks a gram it might be, but you get a diffrent high from both but the two together are great! I also looked up the potency online of the Shatter and it s around 75 percent, where properly done bubble hash will send you to the moon ( that's my way of saying I don't know the percentage of it but wow look out):thumb:

It's a technique designed for plants grown from seed. The alternating fans I'm seeing here suggest this is a clone, no? If it was from seed you'd top it right above the second fan above where you're pointing to Pigeons. Graytail's preference with clones is to wait the same period and then tie that top down securely so that same point where you'd have chopped is now the apex, and let the side branches catch up to it before you unleash her. It's amazing how quickly they'll catch up too.

Sorry to be so late responding. Sick all day in bed. I'm much better now, as you can see from the late hour of this post. :laughtwo: I need to call it a night, but I wanted to finish here and I still have a page and a half to cover in this fast-paced journal.

I recived generous gifts of both a tabletop and a portable for gifts right before I left for vacation. Loved the tabletop, but haven't tried the portable yet, since it came in just as I was leaving for the airport. Vaping changed the way I think of consuming, although my preference will always be my special brownies that pack a gram per slice. :woohoo: I can't wait to try that portable unit.

This is grown from seed but after thinking about it, I might have to send her to flower to make up some room for more girls in the veg room. She may not have the time I need to get her topped and sorted out. I'll just have to top another one.

Now to the vaping comments that took over my journal. I've tried several different vaperizers but everytime I'm left with something to be desired. I just don't get the high I'm looking for from a vape. A good friend of mine has the "Volcano" which I thought to be the best of the best, I don't like it. Too soft and lacking punch. I often don't even know I'm having a hoot because it's so soft.
Now I'm sure other vapes are different but isn't this suppose to be the Cadillac of vaperizers? I haven't tried them all but I'm not feeling it. Should I try another one? Or is this kind of high synonymous with vapes?

***OG KUSH (Auto) HARVEST***

Last night the wife and I were sitting in pharmacy when I decided to take a look at the trichomes of the OG kush. They looked great. Looks of milky and few clear with a hint of Amber. Just the way I like it! She was flushed last week and has been drying out since.

I sure love this time! I've gotta get a few girls planted here to keep my cycle alive. At this time I only have 2 girls in flower and that concerns me. I need 4 to keep up with my self set goals of sustainability. But this is the learning curve.

I should be more specific. I've tried the volcano but I've never tried it with the bag attachment. My buddy just uses a hose and I have a feeling that that's not the best way to go!

I need to try a big vape rip one of these daze!!

Ahh ok. Because I get super baked using mine lol. I had a bong before and I was soo disappointed. Like an idiot I was getting gas and saw a nice fancy bong at the gas station and bought it. As soon as I got home to try it out, I couldn't even get a hit because it had chambers for the smoke to pass through, and there was something clogged in the middle of the fancy shit! I was only filling up the bottom half with smoke and not even 1/8th of it would make it through the center. I tried everything I could to unblock it, but they way it was made, I couldn't reach the middle from either end and I tried pushing water through it and ended up getting water stuck in the middle. Long story short I pitched it in the trash and was never tempted to spend money on another one. Till now but i'll be sure it works 100% before I leave the store lol.

I've had very similar problems. I've learned to look for things like the size of holes, how easy to clean and size. Because you can have the best looking bong but if the size of your holes are no bigger than pins, you're going to have issues.
I've also noticed that there's a "perfect size" to. There's too big and too small but there's a size in between that will suit your lung capacity and allow for you to draw a hoot no bigger than you can handle. These ones are the creme de le creme for me.

On the vape front, I've tried a cheap dry herb pen type vape and it was a bit shit. It's one of those things on my list to do.
I've been looking at ways to convert a regular e cig to take the oil I plan on making.

My plate is quite full these days so, I think it's only reasonable to add another portion to the plate. :rofl:

As I wonder through the pathways of all the gardens I'm always intrigued and excited at what I'm able to learn and take in. Over in BAR's yard, he is attempting to grow multiple plants, of the same strain, in one pot. This is exciting because it goes against what I know as a gardener. (I've learned that much of what I learn goes against many of the stigmatism's and preconceived notions I had coming into gardening) And it's working. I believe he has somewhere between 5 and 7 seeds in one 3 gallon pot! Crazy, I know! He's a man of many skills.
With the assistance of my good friend Bearded Budz, he has given me about 100 seeds of unknown decent from multiple strains that he has been "somewhat" properly storing for 5-10 years.
So, this is what I would like to determine:
1) since I know that you can have that many in one pot of the same strain, I'm going to go another step and add 30-60 seeds to one pot (5 gallons). Is it possible? Is it desirable,feesable, economical?
2) can you even germinate seeds that haven't been properly stored?
3) will they struggle to survive with so many in a pot?
