Peyton's Holy Grail Kush - Flux - Hempy - Mars II 400

Yeah it was tempting but I refrained from it. That is a great movie though. "m-m-momma said alligators so angry cause they can't brush they teeth"
Sorry, couldn't help it. I've been to New Orleans once, and St Charles a few times. Great food, and I love the drive up liquor stores.
See, I knew it...

I've read loads of Anne Rice books & had the idea New Orleans was a lovely place. I saw something on TV the other night & it seems it's just a big red light district selling sex. Nothing like I expected :/

Walk down bourbon street after a party night...vomit and cups all over the place and it smells like piss. But it was a huge party. I do like that they have walk up liquor windows all over the street. But I haven't been there since before katrina

New Orleans is not Cajun though. I agree it's a whorehouse, but awesome if ya know the locals. Lafayette & area is Acadia (Cajun country). How did we get on this? Y'all wake n bake too?

I knew a guy from Lafayette area. Worked with him for years and literally could not understand a word he said. It was fun to listen to him, even more confusing when he would laugh and talk. One of my buddies would translate for us. Good people.

Lol. That's funny. If you ever cruise my early grows, you'll see me & Rune ( no longer on 420) would speak Acadien French. He was Cajun too. Used to talk mess w/ some ppl.
Bon chance mon ami!

He wasn't speaking French when he spoke. it was like that guy in waterboy, where it just all sounded like gibberish. Unless that is French lol. That man could cook though. So you checking out places in Colorado yet? I heard someone talking about renting 420 friendly cabins, unless you're making it a permanent move of course

When you grow up w/ Cajun French & Cajuns influenced patterns of speech (which is from the 1600's), you sound a lil strange. Especially to yankees. Lol.
I was the when contacting Chris for the cabin. Didn't work out. Wasn't cheap.
We might go to Colorado Springs. Once I get my CO dl's, I'll apply for my red card. I've 3 people, my wife & self I will be the caregiver/grower. 12 plants each, except me. I get a lot more plant allotment due to cancer.
Selling back to 3 patients of 6 mature plants each might be a good run.
I'm not a spring chicken, so don't know about risking it.

Oh yeah that was you talking about the cabins. Hopefully all goes well with the possible move to Colorado. At least you can legally buy there and make oil till you get the card to grow and all that good stuff.

I think if you can get 1-1.5gpw from the Mars you're doing ok. I know CO Finest got just over 1gpw with the 3w reflector.
How high above the canopy do you have yours? I think mine's around 20-22"

Woah where did you figure that number from? Are u talking actual watts or rated watts?

1 to 1.5 gpw and your doing fucking amazing nevermind OK lol. 1.5 and I suspect witchcraft lol
Anyone pulling .5 gpw or .75 is doing good, on led, hid or cfl.

I've watched many led grows and not one came even remotely close too 1.5 gpw.

Co got over 1 gpw because he's a very expierenced grower and knows his strains good. I would credit those factors over his light. His light may count for 10% of his success. Rest is all skill and knowledge.

There's my nickel about the pickle lol

Lol I know what ya mean. You a coonass?
Got lots of friends in baton rouge and Shreveport. Good times Cajuns are great people. You guys are actually from here, nova scotia. Yas were Arcadians before Cajuns :) lots of Cajuns/Arcadians up here.
Y'all don't sound funny to me listen to a Newfoundlander . makes a Cajun sound like Shakespeare. Lol

Good luck with moving to co man. I'd miss Louisiana too

This is off your topic but Im on new on here and Ihavent found my my around yet, a how to start a thread or anything. Anyway, I was wondering if someone would help me with out with a few question. Im 2 weeks into flowering on an outdoor grow and I have one in 4 gallon bucket but I think Im root bound or something, I can see several roots on the small drainage holes on bottom of pot. Is it rootbound, if so what should I do, will it hurt anything if I just leave it, is it even safe to transplant at this point. Plus Im in 4 season state and only have so much more time(about 6 weeks) before I have to harvest. Any suggestions and opinions are greatly appreciated. Thanks! :thanks:

Yep, certified Cunarse. We're still Acadien. As much as Injuns are Indians. My grandfather's gen did not dig the word. It's been "accepted" now...and Shreveport ain't Louisiana. It's southern Arkansas! Lol.
I know what ya mean though.
Sorry for side tracking Peyton...

Well, since I've already seriously thrown this off...
Is it healthy? Probably.
Don't touch it. You've only a lil over a month to go. Seeing roots is a good thing. They'll air prune. Root bound would cause tiny buds, terrible yield. If plants are healthy, you did what you should've. Longer the veg & bigger the container next grow.
Sounds like you rocked it though. Don't worry.

I used to play guitar with a guy the knew hundreds of cajun dance music tunes. He sung them too. Sounded so different is was beautiful. He was from bayou country. Brought out the French in me, eight generations back. I had to get a few CDs of that music. One of them is Folksongs of the Louisiana Acadians. Good stuff.

Finally got my pitcher. Oil Monday or Tuesday! Ieeee hoo!

No such thing as thrown off in here. If you read it's about 8 pages of plant stuff and the rest is us talking. It's all good, I like conversation in my threads. Keeps em lively
