i'm thinking of doing a hydro nutes, and soil nutes to see if both will work

Jup i will do tomorrow, i need clay pebbles, and another container Looks like there tangeling already. But i like the result already, they have grown faster than they would in soil, even tho they have got no care at all for a week+

Soil nutes are the same as hydro nutes but one is diluted. Save ya some money on testing with common knoledge.

Also the plants in the same bucket look like either pH problems or something else I can't quite tell. Magnesium possabably. I'd flush with pH corrected water and then feed again.

Your doing Hempy with Hydroton correct?

just go and have some fun with it. i've done cloning several ways. but the easiest and most succesful way i've found is by using soil, and a dome. but this time i used the jiffy pellets, does require a lot more, because you will have to water a couple times a day, until they root.

Yea I showed him a lot easier way. Rock wool no dome. Roots within a week. No watering multi times a day. Add water every 3 days.

I think I posted it in his hgk thread, check it out. I recommend everyone try this method once.

I'm calling it the 80/80 rule. 80f/80rh conditions. And the rock wool and root hormone do the rest. Cut and forget cloning.

And those look like rapid root plugs, not jiffys. Jiffy's are peat wrapped in mesh.

I've tried Hempy with Hydroton, I like the fact clay pebbles are reusable.

So what's your plan anyways? Flower these 3 plants and that's it? I think not lol Gotta be more game plan if so share with us

well i ordered through ebay and says jiffy on pack? strain is unknown, i germinated 1 seed from white label seed mix and turned out to be a female happy forever! i dont really know yet, i'd like to save the mother and flower the 2 clones - but i don't know if its good smoke, but it sure stinks alot. yup clay pebbles ftw, i am already digging this hempy style.

Strange the puck must have gotten misshaped.
Looks like the big plant came from a flowering cutting or was it a reveg? I find either of the 2 make good mother plants, lots of wild growth. Always somewhere to take a clone from.
Ah yea your waiting to decide quality. Becomes trickery to decide if u wanna waste space on holding onto the mother. I've done a test recently on stasis. Keeping cuttings in the fridge for 2 months to pause there growth. It works so far. Just tried rooting 3 cuttings from the fridge. Everything was perky and green when cut.
Anyways this can save u space if u keep a mother or cuttings from the mother in stasis.

thats some sweet info, i'd like to try that. always keen on new things when it comes to growing unfortunately i only have a small 60x60 tent and no place for a mother to stay :/ sucks when it comes from a mix, and its no way near possible to determine what type of strain it is, i feel bad about killing her.

jup i was kinda short on time so had to force her into flowering to figure its gender.

Got room for a veg box? Can keep that mum alive under a few cfl lights. I keep 3 mothers under 42w+ 26w CFL bulbs. Don't take much to keep a mother alive.

I can't kill a plant. I got some issues with that it seems, separation anxiety? Hahahha is why I got 3 mother plants of same strain lol
