Expert isnt the word I would use But with out sounding like im bragging, Im not ignorant wannabe pot farmer I was last yr , you remember that guy who ran around with his hair on fire because I had a twisted leaf I had a very good Mentor,(Bill284} along with a list to long to write of friends in 420 magazine who pitched in and I read, and I read and I read but most of all the best teaching aid was experience I feked up so many times it was crazy. every grow I wrote a list of my mistakes it took a year before I went from growing weed that smelled like a hay barn to weed that smells and taste like a good Ice cream cone but there is still so much more to learn

The best people to be around safe as houses
 
OK I could not take it I do not like the 6" scrog net it limits the way I lay out my tops so I got a 4". now if the colas get to large I will add a second net that with be for support the 4" net make LST and weaving the plant much easier
 
well my gals are in official flower mode it will be a week or two Im guessing before I start seeing pistils and I pray I dont see any Balls it seems that 3 plants are the Tangy Chemdawg and one Purple dawn fire the PDF is suppose to have a flower time of 9 to 10 weeks I am hoping the same on the STC but time will tell
I gave them a heavy feeding tonight 10 ml terpinator afresh topping of Geo Flora Veg and I started the1/4 tea spoon FF Open Sesame with a npk 5-45-5 still adding a nitrogen to aid the transition and a lot of phosphorus when I got to Beastly buds then to cha ching I will have 0 nitrogen 50-30 phosphorus and potassium the next feeding I will add massive Bloom 1-2-3 I will continue this schedul3 once a week and Straight water for every other watering I may mix it up or adjust as I go the biggest change is I dropped the Bud Candy I use the Bud candy during veg because of the sugars and carbohydrates help feed the microbes I need to figure out the best way to hang my UVB light I wont use it till later in flower and then I will run it 1 hr 2 times a day. it is suppose to increase Trichomes 25 to 30%. I have not been overjoyed with my trichome out put in past grows my last grow yielded some very good pot But I want buds that require sunglasses becuase the trichomes shine so bright I did ad the new 4"net now is the time to become a weaver and weave and tiedown my limbs and create a level canopy. I was surprised at the bright green growth over the 36 hrs of darkness; I belive some light will fix that time will tell

I need to bring in my level I tried eye balling it so what is crooked the scro or the light? lol I did lower the light to 18 " above the canopy and went from the veg V1 spectrum to the F1 flower spectrum I cant say for sure but the C02 bag Hasnt hurt anything and I am very happy with my growth speed. so Until I learn otherwise I will keep c02 in my tent I must say I feel very fortunate for my set up . I do wanna give a hint Feb 1st Vipar is releasing a new light and I was lucky enough to get them to sponsor this up coming sm tent grow But I will continue running my main tent non stop I will never buy another bag of weed as long as I can grow my own

well I started to do some weaving and lST and LSD oops that was many years a go any way I hate the way it looks like a pack of elephants right after a fresh tie down but one or 2 days it pays off Im trying notice I said trying to leave them alone 5-6 days and do in depth weaving in the scrog and direct everything where I need to fill it in I lowered my light to about 2"/30cm leaving myself enough head room. you cant really see where I tied it down in these pics but you can tell i cleared out the bottom. Ill go into the way I learned to tie down and tuck under the net on my next post

Yeah I was worried I would end up with a half empty net, now Im worried ilol have Colas in my living room lol
 
calling Bill284 I knew it wouldnt be long before I needed your help I noticed gnats again. I plan on doing a 4 part water1 part Hydrogen peroxide they say do it once a week till gnats are gone it kills the Gnat larva apparently it is also god for roots and organic soil did I mention it will Kill them Fekin Gnats lol. Im not sure if it is me maybe im watering to much with those air pots do they always leave standing water in the saucer ? I got the 5.5 gal air pots and im wateringh about 2 liters every 2-3 days should I cut back how much water im giving them? they are ready for more water when I water them it is like the water is going straight thru them and I think the standing water in the saucer is also making a good gnat habitat. it might be me I still haven't decided what I think about the air pot

WELL i HOPE i DIDNT FEK IT UP:lot-o-toke: i MIXED 1 PART 3% HYDROGEN PEROXIDE (sorry caps) to 5 parts water. with it being organic Im pretty sure I killed my microbes. they say that HP breaks down very fast and supplies oxygen to the roots and is really good for plants. killed all my Gnats and should kill the larvae. now here is the big question I use Mikrobes tea every 10 days by tomorrow at this time the HP will be broken down now the question is will they help bring my soil back to a heathy organic soil? as you can tell from the pictures below it started to bubble and Gnats came out of the pots and dropped dead:rip: with the geo flora and the mikrobs Im confident it will be fine. I hate trying something new on week 1 of flower lol finger crossed 🤞 thats what great about other peoples journals, you can learn from their mistakes

Not enough hours in the day lately.
Had to do fire wood and shovel snow yesterday.
I'm wrecked.
Let's have a look here.
What strength h202?
Did you try mosquito dunks?
Run off in your saucer is good.
They do look a touch droopy, perhaps an extra 12- 24 hrs between watering might be worth trying.
I water until it's pouring out the bottom.
Soak the whole pot, then shop vac catch trays.
It's not the volume it's the frequency.
Give extra time see how they respond.
Gnats like roots not standing water so it shouldn't matter if the water is there.

Good morning to you too my friend

hope all is well, I miss the woodstove but I do not miss the wood chopping although it did keep me in shape. My brother lives up in maine and he deals with cold weather also he was showing me his pellet burning stove heats the entire house for 7 bucks a day

Have you ever used peroxide? I did the dunks and I thought I got them but I am guessing I didnt get the larvae. the girls are standing tall this morning. The Air pots are ok but I think I might try to find 7 gal gro pro warriors next time we will see it might be me dang dumber than a plant pot lol
Im gonna try giving a little more time between waterings see how that works

If you remember at the start of this grow I explained that the SSSC SOUR TANGY CHEMDAWG were regular seeds and I either had to use 25 gallons of Medium and Nutes time and labor for 4 to 8 weeks or pay 12 bucks per plant.I had a lot of nay say from people who tried that 5-10 yrs ago now they are using DNA and claim 99.9% accuracy well that wasn't quite true I tested 7 plant and they got 7 of 7
100% correct 7 out of 7
I highly recommend them as of now I dont belive they are a sponsors but they should be. But they are definitely the way to go great customer service. very helpful and friendly they also offer THC testing and more. it takes 2-5 days to get your answers

the top is 24 hrs ago I tied down what was worth it gave the some mikrobs tea 1 liter and a liter of water. the picture underneath is right now if you look close thier are white pistils every where it has been about a a week since the flip and they are officially in flower.the Picture below is right now 24 hrs later blow up the pic to see the pistil explosion. the pictures never tell the story the way things really look But then it may be the dummy behind the camera . But to be honest im working on my photography skills and I have a new camera man

we learned last month My youngest grandson has Autism, not bad and he can live a somewhat normal life he just has some quirks for lack of a better word. he actually named paw paws medicine tent. because I explained to him that I grow my own medicine for pain. here is the really cool part Cannabis THC and CBDs can do miracles for Autistic people and it isnt some side show guru doctor* this is from the NIH Cannabis for Autism. so what does this have to do with my pictures and videos? he is my camera man he is about 12 yrs old State law says children cannot have access to pot. he does not take any images or videos with weed in them but all my product reviews and such he can. and now he is excited because the same medicine his pawpaw takes might help him some day.

@Bill284 hey buddy quick question Am I safe to figure the stretch to start as the pistils start ?, in simple terms the stretch will take a week or so to start once it starts it will last about 3 weeks?

Right the length will vary by strain. I have a problem child Ill post a pic and let everyone see it and get opinions on it. one thing for sure weed plants have a mind of thier own I swear lol
