Have you thought about bending over the taller ladies to get the light down or put the taller ladies around the edge and the shorter ones in the middle?

i am just letting them do what they are doing for now mate , my back is in bits 2 weeks today , feel like my spine has fell apart . was holding my little baby boy today and couldnt put him back down , had to wait for someone to come lol ... back feels like its gona lock up .. i struggled yesterday to lift pots to see what ones needed water .

Its beginning to really fxxk me off , . changing my doctors as this is going on years and ive never had an xray or even a scan ,

That's not good mate. You need a scan or x-ray to see what's going on otherwise the Doc will just keep throwing painkillers at you. That might be alright for now but what about when you're old? You should demand that he refers you. I never ask the Doctor, I tell him. You have a right to good health care.

i agree, my doctor is a bit too chilled , my uncle was a dead man walking once lol. he had clots in his lung pipes or something but the doctor said any one could just walk in and say they are short breathed all the time ... the hospital wrote the doctor a letter high lighten every thing that was wrong with my uncle and said he was lucky to be alive

i reracked yesterday , smelled of beer , made another tea with good bacteria and keeping the bad bacteria air tight until i need it to feed my good stuff ( farmer has taught me well ) hope thats what he meant

got x-ray yesterday of back , only been complaining 15 years lol result spondylosthesis ( slipped bone in my back ) so there yee go , fancy name if anything lol

flares up from time to time , i just bypassed doctors yesterday and went straight to A + E he was surprised that id never been x rayed , was told it was a nerve by one doctor over the years another said arthritis , just guessing really lol
