Started a bit of training on Bop Tang, Northern Lights, and Kali China.

Looks like you have them Quadlined is that how you are
training them ? That's what I want to do on my up coming grow I will not have as many plants as you do though just 4

I use a "modified quadline". I do not remove node set #2 like a traditional "quad".
I've found, 9 times out of 10, those 2 branches will make it up into the canopy with the rest before I flip. This gives me 6 good tops in the end

If those 2 budsites do not make it up to the canopy before I flip, I will remove them when i do the first heavy defol (post stretch).

So do you top after node 4 and take off the 5th node then leave nodes 3 and 4 for branching ? and leave node 2 do you tie down node 2 as well once developed enough ?

Once that side branching starts, you can really move the plant where you want it.

I'll probably have a dozen pipe cleaners on each plant by the time I flip. I try to make a big circle of budsites like this...

I can tell you trained that one well looks like you cleaned it up nice too. Seeing pictures like this gives me a better idea of what they are supposed to look like

Got the day off today because my boss is tied up on an emergency service call that came in at the wee hours of the morning.

We were supposed to go plumb in one of our houses so sheetrock can be installed. Meh... there's always tomorrow...
