Ya I work in trades myself I do finishing well hardwood floors to be exact. Have been on condo projects all summer almost done the second building and should have a lighter week this week the next units to be done are behind schedule looking forward to it. Usually work alone but brought a guy on to help me out way to much work to do on my own. Hoping to get some stuff figured for my next run this week.
I'm a "General Contractor" by trade, but haven't tested for the license down here. My license from IL didn't transfer.
I have no doubt on the outcome of that!

Funny you brought that up. Both my kids and a friend of theirs set up a painting station on the table in the courtyard on Saturday night, with canvasses and acrylics. First time they'd done that since they were in single digits. By the time they were finished they were holding their phone/flashlights in one hand and the brush in the other.
It feels good to get his blessing when I roll a good one. LoL
