Re: dirtinmyears P-91, CFL 12-Pack, SCROG, DWC 1st Grow
Two grows would be sweet. I'm thinking after this grow I'll look at possibly picking up a 400/600 watt switchable ballast and running the MH/HPS setup. This light and cab would then be on clone duty. But first, I want to see what this thing can do.
The new girls are settling in and doing fine. One of them had a little transplant shock but perked right back up. After reading and reading I have decided to put them on a 20/4 light cycle. That way they can rest a bit and I can save some electricity and allow the res and lights to stay cool. Box goes dark at noon and back up at 4 PM (started this yesterday).
Res was still at 68 this morning. I set the pH at 5.5 when I stuck them in, and around 40 hrs later it climbed to 6.4. I'm not f'n with the pH too much this time and they are happier because of it. I pH'd to 5.5 this morning and I'm at 300 ppm's until tomorrow; if they still look healthy I'll bump it to 400 and keep an eye on them.
Pics will be up tonight and the wifey should be home tomorrow from the hospital

Sweet!! I'm glad I haven't built mine yet..considering it for warmer temp growing either that or t5...that could get me started with two grows per winter rather than just one...
