OZ...like LA said as long as you don't interrupt dark you are fine....my main concern would be opening the flower tent in dark to put a veg plant in

Also if this is a separate structure from the house consider what kind of heat signature you will make...including exhausting warm air from the lights

...just a couple thoughts my friend

I can only ever play with a couple of tents lol. Have all the kit though so no outlay once I move.
 
Hey Jay...the garage is attached in part to the house and where I'm going to vent is directly next to the houses vent for its boiler :) Light wise is ok too.....I'll be running a 6am - 12midnight veg (as I do now ) and flowering will be 9am - 9pm so no chance of FOOOOOKING up lol :)
LA my friend......I'll NEVER be in the position where I'm teaching you lol. I do believe you're responsible for setting me off on a whole new "vocation" though lol :)
 
looking good OZ, them leaves will start to recover now you have backed off the nutes, just make sure you totally let the pots dry out between waterings, it takes a week or 2 for the roots to recover after nute issues so the roots need time to recover, i used to water my plants every 3 or 4 days but now im going at least 7 days between waterings and the growth im getting is easily double what i was getting using the old method,

nice work shopping at herbies, hes a top man and very fast delivery, he does ship to the US as well but best to use stealth option when ordering which i think is the only method you can use from the US,

if you got some ww x sk with your herbies order then its a very nice strain, not sure what it will be called when its released for sale but it grows like crazy, the last one i planted easily grow twice as quick as any other strain, i had to pull my ww x sk1 over on its side as it was getting twice as high as my other plants so i had to use lst to pull it right over, the leaves was huge as well and easily the same size as a dinner plate, so its a nice fast growing strain and ive revegged it for this grow and its now back in veg and catching up with the other strains i got going on,

delicious cotton candy is another nice strain which herbie often has as a freebie, ive managed to produce my own fem seeds of cotton candy as its one of the better strains ive grown and smoked,

I no wat jays saying oz. It's not just the vent u Gota. Be carefull of..... If the chopper is up in sky looking for a little toe rag on a stolen peddle n pop using night vision and they notice ur garage roof Is glowing and the house is not this is wen we hit problems.... That said if your extraction is good enough at pulling hot air out of ur grow rooms then u shouldn't have much heat escape outa the the top of ur room meaning ur roof shouldn't glow lol
 
Hi D.P....thanks for the input mate :) I fed them yesterday 3/4 nutes and the pot are dry today......thirsty buggers :) They've even sucked up the run off lol. I'll leave them another day then hit them with 3/4 AND I'll add Boost too. PK13/14 will follow next week :)
Yep, Herbies are fantastic. I've got 5 x W.W/Skunk#1 reg beans which were freebies from my Tutt order. Think I'll try one or two out the run after next. As I build experience (and with that confidence) I'll experiment more and more :) It's in my DNA to do that lol :)

Aye, I see your point mate. Should be okay though I think. I can always check.......I've bought a digital thermal laser thermometer :) It's amazingly accurate. I've been checking car engines, light bulbs (on AND off) empty houses, occupied houses....you name it, just to check it works lol :)

I have no idea but I wonder if the insulation Alex was talking about across the ceiling would help??
 
That is a cool tool. Wen it's set up n cold just blast diff areas of ur garage and compare to ur house unless there's a difference ur good :)
The guy on the estate I grew up on grew mj in his loft for years n this is wen it was rarely grew here all we could get ere was 9-bars lol
Anyway snow on the ground on the roofs.......all that was apar from his. His roof just hovered in steaming brown times lol

you cant beat a good experiment, im always doing stuff, im trying super males at the minute then ill be moving onto polyploids, so got plenty to do but just wish i could grow more at the same time but until the laws change over here i dont want to be taking huge risks.

as long as i produce enough to keep me going between grows then thats good enough for me.
 
Mornin all, Alex I'm with you on polypoids. really interested and would like to produce my own at some point. :) I'll wait till Dpaul has put all the hard work in! Then pick his huge brain :)

BIG PIC UPDATE OF AUTOS.......DAY 43 (since breaking ground) (Day 71 for Tutts)

Ok, busy day today...had the electricians round to put lights and power points in the garage. It was still dark when I got up lol. Had a crap night too....Mrs Oz snoring like a bush pig lol :)

So, as you know I numbered the autos as they broke ground. Here are the sizes (measured from the base of the stem to the top of the plant) as of today......... No1 La Diva is 36" tall and 22", No2 18.5" tall (all the Vast n Fasts are 24" wide lol), No3 18" tall, No4 19" tall, No5 21" tall and No6 26" tall. And here's the pics in NO PARTICULAR order. No3 though is the one with the 6"+ bud on top :)

Love the auto's especially mine, if you can keep tinkering and opening her up every now and then. just a touch (gently)
