Oz's First Grow - Pyramid Tut In Coco

Back home after picking Mrs Oz up from work :) Errrrr, yeah, Dohhhhh lol. Meant 2mls per litre guys, sorry. I only knocked up 2ltrs in case it was inadequate/wrong concentrate. If it's good then 20ltrs shall be done :)

The round leaves die and fall off eventually anyway mate so don't worry too much about them ... The ones on my Auto's did so after about 12 days from seed ... You should be able to just pull or prod them off with no force at all when they are ready to fall off ;)

Looking good never the less ! :)

Have some well earned reps !

Cheers mate. Wish I could take better pics lol. But they really are growing well :)

Looking real nice my friend everything perfectly normal!!

Thanks mate. Appreciate the input. So, was Gert like these at a similar age? Did she have purple in her stem? I'm not worried because they do look healthy and I'm enjoying just watching the development :) Can't wait till the training begins though :)

stop using the pipette to feed and give the coco a good run off with feed. that way it will wash out anything thats left in during the cleaning process at the factory and it will get the coco nutrient rich. make sure every time u feed that there is run off to prevent th build up of salts.

Hi Cult. Ok mate, I'll do that as from next feed tomorrow. I was worried about run off in case I over did it lol. I'm planning on transplanting them from the 1/2 ltr pots to the big ones next week. Would that be the way forward in your opinion? :peace:

u cant put too much through them mate, theres always around a 20% aeration in coco. its not like soil. but still let them dry out just a little between waterings. dont transplant until they are strongly rooted. i cant say how long that will take but make sure there are some decent leaves and a few nodes on to keep transplant shock down. dont be in a rush to do each stage. another week will prob be fine but the better root structure the better.

Mate, you talk SO MUCH sense :) Thanks buddy, I do flap a bit...first time nerves I guess lol. It boils down to wanting to do the best I can and sometimes I "over" care :) I can't go wrong with you, LA and all the other great 420 ers helping me though. One day it will be my turn to be the helper rather than the helped :) :Namaste:

Good morning all :) Hope you have woken to wonderous mountains of green goodness :)
Sorry I was so quiet last night (or was that a blessing for you all? lol). We had company all night and they were not the 420 type lol:)
Postman has been with NO BEANS :( Gutted....still, Monday should be auto day in the Land of OZ :) :peace:

Oz I now understand the amount of impatience you had waiting for your ladies to pop, today I spent a 40 minute stretch staring at the top of a rockwool cube.

:laughtwo::laughtwo: It's like watching paint dry, or waiting for a kettle to boil mate :) Have some +Reps for your patience though :thumb:

I remember when I was at that point in my history of growing....I sometimes still do catch myself on a long 15-20 minute stare every once in a while:dreamy:

But fellas, the time will come when you enjoy the ability to go a full day without peeking in to see what has changed since 30 minutes ago when you last checked :laughtwo: And I must say, the results are highly rewarding, being able to trick yourself into thinking that so much growth only took place in a matter of 24 hours. And the more and more the self-control I developed, the longer and longer I have been able to go without peeking in. Sometimes all I do is adjust the pH of my res (that sits outside the grow tent) for 2-3 days straight, and when I open that tent...I must say, the results are astonishing!

I challenge you all to give it a try at some point in your growing career (even though you might get withdrawal comparable to a dope head hahaha)

Hi Jay....how are you today my friend? Hope all is well and your garden is a glorious green meadow :)
Hey AG.......self restraint must come with experience I guess :) Please remember that I haven't grown anything in my life lol. I could literally kill a plastic plant lol. I have no doubt though that experience will teach me to CHILLLLLLLL lol. :Namaste: :peace:
I find myself looking for excuses to go upstairs and take a peek :) I go look at them at least 5 times a day lol :)
