Be good to meet "the boy" too (who is my senior) lol
I'm better off with weekday breaks lol I get work covered on a weekend wen I have the boy :)
So I can do wat I want weekdays but weekends spent with the lad not missed a weekend in 6 year but that will be arranged in plenty oh time I'm sure ..... Summer seems a mile away lol
 
Mate, when I had my business and was living in Northants, I travelled up to Pools EVERY Saturday morning to see my kids then drove back again for work on Sunday. 500 miles every time lol. I think I missed maybe 2 Saturdays in 10 years.....so I can relate to what you're saying :) I'm sure we'll sort something....even if it has to be Mon-Wed (Thurs) lol :) . Would be awesome a few others joined us too :)

Those trics look pretty well cloudy to me bro. Maybe a lil more amber and youre set? Keep a good eye on them, you might wake up one day and all youll have is couch lock lol. :)
 
Lol...cheers mate. I'm checking them daily now. The "boy" checks them actually, I'm colour blind so I've got no chance of spotting changes:) I'll try to post pics every day too so everyone is able to have their opinion.......well, I did say from the start that this is a JOINT GROW lol :)
 
Awesome buddy :) BIG tip...... at 4 nodes micro top the FnV and strip the bottom 2 nodes. You'll have no problems tying leaves down either because they DO get very bushy VERY fast......you'll love them mate :) The LA Diva grows fast and tall but agai, don't be afraid to tie leaves back.....mate, I was ummmming and ahhhhhing about which to get between the 2 for my upcoming experiment. I opted for FnV ONLY because all 5 are prolific and I thought maybe I got lucky with LAD....now, I think the LAD will be a better yielder.....we'll see :)

Great advice OZ...Thank you...this will be my first time growing autos...I think they will work great in my grow
 
Mate believe me....they're AMAZING :) Don't be scared to train them but DO give them space, light and A BIG pot :) Mine are in 5 (US) Gallon ones...if they were in 10 gal ones....they WOULD use the space :) ANY questions buddy just ask :)
 
I wouldn't transplant them mate. Pop them STRAIGHT into the 5gal ones. The roots are incredible. I had them coming out of the drain holes of my 5 gal ones after 10 days! :)

Ozz I'm keen to see how ur next autos go wen u flip to 12/12as they'll be 12/12 from seed not 18/6
The auto beans iv popped will be strate to 12/12 don p swears by it as being a better light schedule than 18/6 for autos.
Anyone reading though am not after an auto debate lol had that debate to many times :)
 
Yeah me too mate :) It did make me think but DP reckons I'll do better on 12/12 although they DO take longer to reach chop date :) It'll be interesting to see though :) Next FULL run I do will have 9 autos on 12/12 and 3 on 18/6 so that'llbe a better side by side comparrison :)

I'm gonna do my La Diva auto on 12/12...cause I have no room in my veg tent :)...no room in my flower either but it has 600w :)
 
DP is adamant that's the way to go mate :) I've got ALL 6 of mine under 1 x 600 and only added the cfl's last week so you should nail it mate :)
 
Lol....great stuff mate :) You're really in for a treat buddy......my LAD grew at the rate of 2" a day...incredible to see. Give her the space and light and she'll reward you BIG time. Smells gorgeous too when in flower...a bit citrus and musk if you get me :) I'm so excited for you because I know what's about happen will make you a VERY HAPPY guy....and you deserve it mate :)
