Oz's First Grow - Pyramid Tut In Coco

Sound advice mate but......rock and a hard place! I dont have CFL's and, to be honest, the kitty is spent :) lol. I dare say I could rig a kind of screen up (sheet ?) between the light and seedlings. That would definitly dilute the lights power.
 
just put the 600 hps on till the mh comes. keep seedlings couple foot away from light. they'll prob stretch a little bit but its not the end of the world.
 
Just had a brain wave.....VERY RARE OCCURRENCE lol:) I've got an 85w Flouro tube (5' long) in my garage. Just checked it and it's 3500 White spec. Would this be ok till the MH gets here? :)
 
Oz my buddy, I'd go with that Flouro. I'm not really up on the kelvin thing but white should be just fine for a few days and its gonna be a gentle light for your babies first few days!
