Overlord's Adventures With High Brix

@I believe we may be seeing a shift of growing techniques. :battingeyelashes: Something I plan to explore when I get relocated, so I’m watching from the sidelines. I like the way this is looking.

You know, Ziggy showed us a long time back that it’s more efficient to grow them as budscicles. This is fun to watch. Hehe!

What do you have for air movement when that’s more of a jungle in there?

This isn't a new technique, in fact it was part of the original plan. then I decided to run some in a 15 gallon scrog, after that was some pheno hunting.

I missed the @DrZiggy grow..

I have a 16" oscillating fan along with the 8" extraction fan running, and if need be I have an assortment of small fans from clip on to hurricane types.

Sorry m’lord, so many journals to keep track of. I could have been more attentive. :battingeyelashes:

Ziggy’s off making his life cooperate, and I don’t think he’s journaling at this time. He was what we refer to as a mad scientist of HB. Lol! Ziggy pushed the limits and did so in small pots. For a time I tried it, but it wasn’t until I switched to hempy that it worked for me.

But he grew more quantity than many of us did in the same amount of space and it was usually more exotic than anything we were turning out. Single cola beauties fill the space so nicely.

Are you going m’lord? :battingeyelashes:

23 seconds and counting............

You will have some Halloweed!

I am guessing you'll be stopping by as you trick or treat?

Nice support bars on that tent, are they custom or did they come with it?

The High CFM support bars are an accessory available for the Gorilla Tent Line. Ordered them from their website, along with the trellis net I intend to use.

I need this in my life. The negative pressure in my tent is causing me to lose like 5 inches in width, but I'm cheap so prolly rig something up lol.

I have seen people use stakes that they just zip tied to the up posts in order to keep the walls in place. It seems to work out pretty well and it is cheap.

Depending on the diameter of the poles the clips off of old 6" inch fans when removed
press fit into the center of I think it was a 1" PVC CUT to length and will just clip into place,
I also found the wider side of the Clip will push the walls out and I gained some space :)

Figured this out one day looking a large box of NON-WORKING clip fans

Clip on fans never seem to last long for me.

Morning Overlord’s garden :yummy:

Some kind of micro pheno hunt like this is on my long term plan too. Gray also did a lovely micro run recently. I plant to get a few more regular runs using the kit first though - develop my friendship with it before I get too funky!

What small oscillating fans do folks think are ok quality? I’ve been trying to find something really quiet (tent in my room - and many rests a day). Not much luck. Currently I have the bladeless Dyson in there - the height of decadence! I’m starting the think it’s going to stay that way...
