My PH problem cleared up in about 2 days, almost the same thing, but I noticed it quickly and fixed it. The spots form on the leaves, from the plant using "stored" minerals that have a deficiency. It's the plants way of self preservation. Leave the affected leaves on, and it will buy you the time you need.
