OMM's Social Network Part 3

The base would be larger than my plot of land! Eeeeeeeck!:geek:

 I am talking about a little one :cheesygrinsmiley: I am considering running fans for sure and maybe AC as I have a lot of wind here too with a small DIY generator

Actually that sounds good Buck. I might if I were younger. Besides, if did all the other things I would like to do, I would have to quit growing. Not gonna happen yet!.:Namaste: When the house collapses I might consider it.:

thats why i grow outdoors. keeps electric costs down, bugs are easier to control also.they say that 2% of all electric use is used for pot growing. And my electric rates have gone up 50 % in the last 2 years. And they will keep going up.We will all have a windmill some day.
just call me cheep. What is needed is a wood burning generator. Is there such a thing?

Jo just found a story about a cat walking into the gate of a Brazilian Prison. It had saw blades, a cell phone, pen and pencils, a battery, and matches duck taped to him. They are getting no where, the cat refuses to talk.
does somebody have its tounge?

Hey John. I think an old locomotive would be a wood burning generator. They are not cheap though!

Yep, that's right 2% for mmj growers and a 50% increase. Makes sense to me.

Wind Mills are going to be a must.......I can't wait to see how they will tax for the wind.:peace:

they are getting ready to tax electric cars on miles driven, since they pay no gas tax.and they are thinking of doing it on all cars. And pot will be legal when they figure out how to tax it.You will be able to grow your own,if you buy a tax stamp for every plant. Colorado and Washington get 30% off the top of sales, but they will want to tax home grown also.Just a matter of time.

If this is so, then we will be right back to hiding our grows. We've come a long way.

Mark my words, the taxes for wind energy will be very high, because, right now, it's not profitable. Not saying wind energy is necessarily a bad idea, it's just not "free".

Here's a good read about what goes into making a wind turbine, brought to you by the copper industry. Copper.org: Environment: Wind Energy Basics

I guess we're a little late on this story, our local news just talked about it today. The cat may talk if you threatened to take it's balls off unless the balls were already taken off to make more room for the cat to carry stuff...lol..

Makes sense to me to tax cars by how much they're driven instead of how much they cost or are worth. To some degree, that's what is happening when you buy your gas. The more you use, the more you pay.

Colorado may get 30% off the top on MJ sales, but right now that's just for medical. They haven't finalized how to tax and regulate non-med MJ. The constitutional amendment states it should be regulated "like alcohol". It also goes on to say that residents can have up to 3 indoor flowering plants per adult in a household, and the residents may keep everything harvested from those plants even over the legal 1 OZ limit. Colorado doesn't tax home brewers on what they brew. I doubt they will tax home growers either.

To be continued............................................................................

.

Before I go any further, OMM FU "to be continued". Bastard.:circle-of-love:

OK This is my first attempt at up loading pictures the new way.
Let's see if I did it right.

These are Prozac cuttings Cronic gave me. :thumb:

This is how I did the germination for this group for my next grow. It is a bastardization of Xlr8's method of gemming. I used small 3 x 3 planting pots with regular soil in them. I had put enough rapid rooters in RO water and let them soak for an hour and a half. Then I just put the Rapid Rooters into the 3 x 3 pots. I used sterilized tweezers and placed a seed in each one, covered the hole with Rapid Rooter material and then watered with RO water.

4 days later they were all up. Most were up in 3 days.

Here they are in their vegging homes for the next month or so. :thumb:

They are in 2 gal pots right now, when they are a bit larger they will be planted in 5, 7, 10 and 15 gallon pots for the outside. Ta Da!:high-five:

Hey there OMM! Love the germination method you are using. Much better than my peal off the wet paper towel method!! I am going to try it out!!
:bravo:

The Rapid Rooter Plugs are killer for starting seeds. Much easier to label so things wont get mixed up. .:hmmmm:

So what you think about the new way to post photos? They look good to me! That prozac sounds interesting, whats the lowdown on its parents?
