Life can sure be exciting in a bad way sometimes.

Oh! Yeah...about that story..........

I'am on it today need to close that so I can start another.:thumb:

Wow OMM .....Very scary but a good outcome . It must have been awful for you sitting for 4 or 5 hours not knowing and like you said Jo knew nothing about it ...... Sending Good Vibes across the waves Brother for both of you !! :peace:

Wow, again I am speechless. Glad to hear that Jo is feeling better. Thank the gods.

I have no doubt that both of You's will get through this. I am going to go drum up some more positive energy for both of you's.

OMM that is some scary stuff. I almost lost my wife once, or thought I was, and what a person goes through mentally is crazy. I'm so glad to hear that Jo is feeling al little better. Prayers and all the good vibs I can muster coming your way. Hopefully the MRI, or as much as they got, will show something.

So glad to here the migrane has passed. Those can be horrible with diff. lights in diff rooms, etc. Everything becomes a pain and challenge I know what you mean about the not quiting of smokes, my bitching buddy has had dry socket a time or two because those around her couldn't handle her attitude and give her the smokes after hrs of having a tooth pulled.
I've read the stories in the blog, but for fun I'm going back and rereading. The time waking up and trash piled on the floor reminds me of some rent houses i've had to clean. But the way you handled shows your character.
Went on road trip with my dad this morning and seemed every other conversation reverted back to the friends I've made on here. Thanks so much everyone. Positive vibes still being sent that way.

Hi All ! Well, I DO NOT Have Cancer! :cheertwo: My biggest worry.

On the other hand, there are a few problems. I do have blood in my urine, though not cancer, it's a bit scary. We now make our own appointments at the VA, so tomorrow I will be on the phone making appointments. The urinary clinic will be #1. Then all sorts of pulmonary appointments for my lungs. Not getting enough air processed through my lungs.

You're gonna love this one. I was sure I was not taking the same number of pills that used to. I made a list and asked the Doctor about it. She had not automatically refilled them for me!!! Getting those back should automatically make me feel better. Jezz!
:thedoubletake::thedoubletake::smokin2:

The VA, like most Government branches have cut back on everything and the Doctors are swamped. She is also making me an appointment with a non-va skin Doctor to do something about my arms.

Example: When I had my eyes checked last week. I could only get one pair of glasses. Usually I get two. One for driving and such and one for the computer. Now I pay for the other one. Things are getting tight folks.

I will be getting more Energy-Weight Gain drinks too. Which is fine by me.

To sum things up, I have no life threating problems. I just have to make sure to see all the right people in up coming appointments. Getting back the missing prescriptions should help immediately. So good news! :Namaste:

Best. News. Ever!!!

I'm so sorry it took me a few days to get here and say this. I had some things come up with my own health that kept me off of here, other than quickly peeking in, for a few days. I'm so happy that the C word isn't in play right now, but I hope that your other stuff is easily rectified somehow. Worrying news about Jo, and it sounds like you've really been through the stress ringer lately. Her too, by the sounds of it.

Been thinking of you lots buddy, and sending much positive vibes. Heck you even got a prayer out of me - and I'm not a super religious praying type person. Figured, couldn't hurt though, right? :)

Please continue to take care of yourself and don't overdo things right off if you can help it. Hope Jo continues feeling better and that the migraine stays gone...

:circle-of-love:

Damn, I was blown away to hear about what happened with Jo. You just don't know how worried I am about you, her, and THSea. Please take care. I know you're doing what you're suppose to but I still can't help but worry about you guys.

Thanks clayhead. When they told me all that had happed to poor Jo. I was just numb for awhile. "You did what!'. I will post more about what's coming next for her, it will be painful. Golden Years my butt!:high-five:

My lovely friend,

I am sorry I haven't been around to keep up with how you and Jo have been.

I cannot tell you how relieved I am that you don't have cancer. You have done more than your fair share of fighting full stop, but without a doubt you definitely have on that one. I have genuinely been thinking of you and sending much love and positive energy and hoping the Universe brings you some sunshine to break through the clouds.

And Jo, my goodness. Please give your super tough lady all my love and fluffiest hugs. I can imagine the horror you must have gone through, I've had a serious scare with my precious Mr Fluffy and I have absolutely no words to describe it. All my love to you both, and I so very much hope Jo continues to get better.

I will continue to keep a couple of my toes crossed for you my darling, as I know we need to get this blood where it shouldn't be business sorted out. I will be thinking of you, as always.

 :peace:

No worries Xlr8. I know you're there Brother. Sorry I haven't visited you lately. Just staying home for a while. My plate is full of heath issues and worrying about Jo.

A prayer from you? I am honored! Sorry prayer is just not something I believe in nor practice. I am sending good healing vibes thou. That is more realistic to me. In some way I think we are all connected. Must have been "The Teachings of Don Juan" back in the day.

I'm going to take your advise and take things easy for a while. When well, it will be on again! In fact, take your own advise and rest between grows. At least for a little while.
:high-five:

I'm going to post the doctor's plans for her in a few minutes. :Namaste:

Hi CoryDavid88 and thank you for you kind words. :cheertwo:

Glad you have a bitching buddy too! I guess the friends that gave her smokes couldn't stand the bitching...it does take practice.

Hate to say it, but when Jo woke up the migraine was back. Bummer. She is going back Monday.

Glad you and your Dad got some alone time, nothing but good can become of it. Glad you can be open with him. Sure does help. Well, your hooked like the rest of us, the friends we make here are real friends. Just look at this journal.....folks are not just passing time....they care!
I'm so glad you like the stories. I go back and read them myself. If I can, I may tell one later tonight. So glad you came into my journal. :peace:

Thank You for worrying about us my Queen. Her Dr. appointment was supposed to be a short visit. We were headed to the Post Office next, but never made it. Had things we were sending to family and friends, but never made it. Monday I think I'll hit the Post office first, before her appointment.

Yep, throw a bit of good vibes to THsea too. He's busy working and growing and visiting us too. I gave him a case of the good weight gain stuff and he didn't gain an once. Worry, Worry.

Love you girl!

Hi My Sweet Fluffy Friend. No worries...I could feel you in the background sending fluffy love and goodness.
In fact I think that's the very thing you are made of! Glad Mr. Fluffy is well.
I think of you most of the time, so we are together in fluffiness.
:Love::Love::Love:

An Update on Jo

We go back to see the Dr. on Monday. The Dr. has cooked up a scheme that will allow Jo to have a spinal tap. No Jokes about Spinal Tap please.

Medi care will not pay for somethings health wise for Jo. So the Dr. is going to send her to the Emergency Room on Monday. She will vouch for the emergency......that way they have to do it. The Doctor hopes that will give her some answers about Jo. If she has to, she will do it this way for other test too, that Jo is not covered for.

It's a shame we have to do things like this to get her taken care of. Our Government in action. When I retired from the service she was supposed to be covered for ever. They did away with that too. Bet your ass the politicians are covered. I will keep you posted on what happens. Wish us luck!
