Oldsmokey Goes Hydro

I have been playing around with this for the last few days. Using dry bud and it works pretty good. There is a fine line between vaporizing and scorching the bud but once you get the hang of it it works pretty good. So then I thought to myself wonder how it would work with hash so I emptied out the bud put a small amount of crumbled up hash in the bottom of the ceramic bowl. I warmed it up for about 10 seconds then hit it and exhaled wow smooth and tasty hash and a big vapor cloud. This thing works amazing with hash! Haven't put any more bud back in it since I learned the hash trick. I know both @StRoostifer and @MrSauga both have one have you guys tried hash in it yet?

I can only make it about 2 miles into Cali and that's as far as I'll go. It's just far enough to get my 8 gram limit of concentrates and leave. :rofl:

That's the place! Honestly it's not a bad border dispensary, the prices are in line or sometimes less than dispensaries further into the state. Some of those border dispensaries are a major rip off. I can usually walk out with my 8 grams in cartridges and live resin for $250 and it's all really nice quality stuff.

Jesus. Thats crazy.
When I was a lad, I was in the Boy Scouts. It was what they call a high adventure troop so instead of making baskets we were hiking 50 miles around Yosemite, or in this case paddling canoes from Blythe to Yuma about 70 miles. Such a great time. Bummer there wasn't a dispensary back then... smoking moonrocks on a sandbar would have been fun!

It says this vape is good for oil and wax. It comes with these little wicks that you are supposed to coil up in the bowl like a snake is what it says. And then put your oil or wax on top of that and it will melt into the wick and burn. You know if I had any concentrates I would try it.
 
You mean lower?

If the wick were glass you wouldn't have to worry about wick poisonin.

Mmmmm a cup of hot wax in the morning. Really starts the day off right. You can have your java. All I need is my cup of lava.

I see a commercial here fellas. Maybe Forgers is looking to go another way
 
Hi oldsmokey. Haven’t tried hash yet but I have harvests starting very soon so I will have some good scissor hash to play with.

I figured out that the metal wire used to heat the ceramic cup from below is nickel 200. I have my vape mod set in temp control mode for Ni200 and get a very tasty hit around 340-350f. I could probably lower it a bit if I let some moisture evaporate from the bud first.

I suspect it would work but turn into black coke and be hard to remove
